I ordered 2 swim suits on 3/15/22 After tracking the package for 3 months & communicating by email. I was informed I could not cancel the order. Went on vacation & had to buy 2 swim suits. I finally received the swim suits at the end of June. I proceeded to follow the instructions to return the suits & never received return instructions. I had 30 days to return & started the procedure 1 day after I received the swim suits. Now it is almost 30 days later & I still have not received return info. I now have 2 swim suits that I don't need & what's worse is they are too big. I will never use this company again. They are very unreliable & can you can only communicate by email, which they don't respond to.
I got the measurements all right BUT! This was to small! Ordered the size 12-14 as 14 is my size, got the top part on but only just!
Going to put it out to Opportunity Shop here in town as this will fit a person who is 10-12 size meaning it is only a Medium size swimsuit.
So, so disappointed in this, was so looking forward to it.
ModLily does a great job of communicating from the moment I placed the order until the moment I received my package. The product is well priced and looks and fits great. Would definitely order from them again.
This is the second time I have ordered from this company and thought the poor customer service from the first order was just a fluke but it wasn't. Ordered item Oct. 16 and they still have not shipped it (3 wks. Later) but, of course, the payment went through my bank immediately. They do not give a tracking number. There customer service is one of those "big circles" with the "we would like to help you but..." Looked at the email confirmation and it says to expect the item between 11/13-11/29. What? Over a month? This is a company that is all about the company, not the consumer.
I placed an order one other time and I got my product in a timely manner. This time I tried to change my mailing address and I hit checkout. I went back to review my receipt and it had my old address. I put in a ticket and my issue was addressed immediately. I appreciate that.
I sent an email because I had not received my merchandise and had a response by the morning. That was great, fast, and very helpful. Of course, I received by package that same day and then I felt bad. My merchandise was what I ordered and as before, fit me. Love your fast response and love your merchandise. I give the individual a 10 star rating.
I ordered a swimsuit and when it arrived it was too small. I contacted Modlily that I needed to return the item. They send a return label and once they receive it, they issued me a store credit minus the return label fee. They were great to work with and I was able to order another swimsuit. I hope it fits.
This was my 1st time ordering from Modily & I must say I am very satisfied with my dress! It looks better than the picture & the quality is beyond perfect. Now I can order more items with confidence... thanks Modily!
The quality of all items ordered are very, very poor and NOWHERE NEAR the correct size.
I knew I'd been scammed the second I touched the items. I didn't bother to try and return. Somethings are not worth the trouble. Lesson learned.
My recourse is to simply try and save others from wasting time and money. Run away!

I ordered a bathing suit and received a different one with no tags on that appeared to be previously worn. For weeks I have been trying to request Modlily to give me postage free shipping instructions to return the one erroneously sent to me and ship me the one I ordered and to no avail. I just want to return the one you sent me & receive the one I ordered. I have NEVER dealt with a company who sent the wrong item & refuses to send me the one I ordered.

I placed an order the beginning of September and I STILL have not received my items. I contacted the customer service, and they told me to please be patient and the package should be on its way. Even more frustrating is they don't provide a tracking number to actually know my package is on its way!

I tried it on the way I got it. The T-shirt is at high quality comparing I searched several other products at this price. I love the color. The chiffon materials make me look skinner. I like the style of the sleeves very much. It looks special.
It was very good. The prices were amazing and the clothes were very good very hard to decide on which swimsuit to order love all the different styles and colors. Wish you would have had a different variety of shoes.
I just tried on one I haven't worn yet & there is a hole in the seam by the bra. It 1 1/2 inches did not get sewn together in the seam.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
