I ordered two dresses by the size chart and they are too small so size chart is not true to size. I read on their site they will not pay for return if they don't fit, only if there is something faulty. So, I will not send them back as it will cost as much as the order to return them to China so twice the cost for me. I will not purchase from this site ever again.
The white blouse arrived and was wrinkled. I tried it on and liked the way it fit. I washed it in cold water, put in the dryer on warm with a Bounce sheet. When it was dried, tried it on again and it had shrunk. I gave it away

The shopping experience itself and service were fine. I was disappointed in the quality of the merchandise. The fabrics were beautiful colors, but very substandard in quality. They didn't fit well and were very cheaply made.
I measured myself according to your instructions on your website and ordered the size recommended, again, by your website. I was delighted with the cut and color of the bathing suit I ordered, but it was way to big. I was very disappointed. I had a Memorial Day pool party I wanted to wear it to. I ended up not going.
Comfortable, relaxed, and got all the help I needed. They were very easy to talk to and always ready to answer questions. They were very professional and went above and beyond! :) And the product sizing was perfect, design is exclusive, the material was great. Fantastic experience!
I order two jumpsuits from this site over a month ago and still have no received it. I even paid to have it delievered within a week. There is no way to contact an actual person, and they are not prompt with getting back with their customers via email. These people are completely unprofessional, and If I could give this site 0 stars I would.
Don't try to buy anything from this and similar Asian sites with low quality clothes.
It takes forever to receive the order and forget to try to return anything!

I am surprised by how much I like this dress. I seriously love this dress. It fit me perfect. I have a smaller waist with bigger bottom and this flatters me perfectly. I wear a large in dresses due to my bottom section and the Large fit perfect.

I ordered 2 bathing suits feb 10 and still have not received them (march 15). I have emailed the company three times and they keep asking me to "wait more days." i finally requested a refund and they said they couldn't refund my money since the product already shipped. I DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT, but my account has already been debited. Total rip-off. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

I placed an order for 3 shirts and realized I had already ordered one of them on a previous order so I asked for it to be removed and received a reply back that it would be and I would be credited. The reply back to me was in a very timely manner. I was very appreciative with the whole process
I placed $100 for bathing suits for a holiday then did not find out until after I placed the order that I would not get them till after the trip. I had a very difficult conversation with them... one sentence a day because of the time delay then now as of their last response I can not log in and see their response, when I go to reset the password it says my e-mail is not found. I had to borrow a bathing suit for my trip! I tried on numerous oacassiobs to call the number and it just says caller is not available and if you leave a message no one calls you back. Feeling completely ripped off and have no ideas if I am ever going to see the purchase. This purchase was a HUGE mistake! Would not recommend to anyone!

I am looking forward to wearing this shirt. It is such a beautiful style. Modlily is my first choice for my clothing needs. It arrived so quick after I placed my order. I will be shopping for all my clothing needs MODLILY first.
The actual purchase and website was not the issue. The product was disappointing. I don't understand how the cups of the bodice were not centered in the bodice but off to the sides. Very ill fitting and odd.
The quality and sizing are beyond disappointing. It is close to impossible to return as they only offer 60 percent of the paid price and require you to return the items to CHINA and pay the postal. I could not be more disappointed in this company. I do a lot of on line shopping with US and China based companies and have NEVER had a company treat me so poorly.
Do not buy from Modlily! You have a 50% chance of getting your order and of that a 50% of the dress being correct.
When you don't receive your order at all they steal your money. Their constant reply is they will return your money when you return the item. They can't understand that you can't return what you did not receive.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
