Among the $145+ spent, I bought a swim dress w/swim shorts set. The set—at least the shorts— is definitely USED. Hygienic liner not in place on crotch but crumpled up and stuck inside shorts. Tags cut out. Defective hem on leg— just what we want: fluffy black strings hanging out of used shorts, right in the crotch area.:-/ Not that I will try them on—GROSS! Who knows if they even match the size of the top "swim dress." As if the bait & switch were not enough, they want to charge me $9.99 to return the items— all of which are of shoddy construction. They can kiss my *! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY AGAIN! See my pics and judge for yourself. If a deal looks too good to be true, it is too good to be true!

I was worried about exchanges/returns. Clara was helpful and professional. Returning/exchanging was easy and Clara was in constant communication with me. I will definitely feel comfortable shopping on Modlily again.

Iiems are always nice and stylish. The item i bought is sooooo cute just like the photo. Its a bit small on me I got a medium based on the sizing chart but I should have got a large for sure... I will give mine to someone smaller and order another one in a large because I really do love it. Its so classy! I would suggest order a size up.

You're a horrible company. I've decided I will work actively to tell people the truth about Modlily. I ordered a gift and it didn't fit. In the year 2017, the common courtesy is that there is an exchange. Modlily said that all I would get is a twenty percent off of a future purchase. That's shameful. Sure, they said I could return it, but the company is in China! Stay away. Stay away... Stay away!
I was less than impressed with the return process of Modlily. We purchased a top for my wife which came too late to use for the event we intended. It didn't fit as described and made her look pregnant. I returned this in the week it was received after going through the process of attaining a shipping label. The return process said it could take four to six weeks after Modlily received it in Ohio. I tracked the package and saw that it was received. I checked now and then to see if this had been refunded. Finally after four months of not hearing anything, I began a chat with a representative. That person was GREAT! I must say, I kept good records and had all the necessary information required for the rep to give me the refund. My feeling is that if I had not inquired and kept the good records, there wouldn't have been a refund. The representative did a good job... your company did not.
I have 2 Tankinis from Modlily and I am very happy with both purchases. They are beautiful tops and seem to be well made. The delivery was prompt, less than 2 weeks. I am a medium top size and they fit true to size. I will no doubt be ordering from here again!
I've ordered 12 shirts or tops with no problems. Ordered 3 tops recently and not one of them did I really like and one tops material I really did not like the feel of. I would like to get credit to order 3 new selections. Where do I send them to get credit? Thank you!
I placed two orders from Modlilly and all items were not as they described, all of their clothing was wrongly sized and nothing worked. I contacted them to get a refund since this mislabeling was their fault. And ended up finding out they will only offer 60% of the purchase price back and it ended up costing me $75 to actually ship the items back to China. This is a terrible company! Would not recommend it ever!
I placed my order and realized I had missed adding a earring and necklace set to my order. I contacted customer service via Messenger. I received a response with the same day (wow). I was told no problem. I was given a link to use to make the payment for the set. Once I made the payment, I received a response back (the same day) that my set was added to the order and if I had any more questions or needed amy more help to contact them again and they would be pleased to help me. I am extremely happy with this company. This is my 3rd time ordering from them. I Returned a swimsuit on my first order (didn't look good me). There was No hassle and was it extremely easy. Their swimsuits are made well and will out last Walmart or Target swimsuits. Modlily.com is a safe online company with wonderful customer service.
If you want curves - this dress does it! If you want elegance - this dress does it! If you want to feel sexy and confident - this dress does it! It looks the same as the picture on the website. I will buy this in another color.
I had an issue with sending two items back and I thought I only received one credit but I did receive two. Customer service got back to me very quickly. Sunshine replied back to me quickly and helped me a great deal

I received my order and was very happy about it. But, two tops were too big and I wanted to return them only to find out they weren't eligible for return. I had no idea that this was a rule. So now I have two tops I can't wear because they are too big. The bathing suit for perfect and I love it.
I ordered several dressed on Modlily. They didn't even ship the right dresses to me, and wouldn't let me send them back to exchange. I requested a refund, they said they would give it to me if I closed the ticket. I closed the ticket and never saw my refund. I started another ticket to again request the refund, and now they're refusing to give it to me. I think they count on people not checking to see if a refund came through, because I don't think they ever had any intention of actually issuing it. I have been communicating about this very simple issue for over 2.5 months, and it still hasn't been resolved.
This company is dishonest and does not give the customer what they bought. Not even the same items. They keep money that is rightfully a customer's, and I honestly think they should be legally pursued. This is not only poor business practice, but is actually illegal. They're taking money for goods and services that they are not rendering.

The items I ordered was better than I thought as far as the material used. One dress that I bought for my mom was really nice and it fir her will. One of my item was not what I was expecting. I thought it was a jumpsuit instead it was a short dress and the skirt over it was way to long and the dress was to big, but overall the material was nice. The other its ordered was really nice, and of course you have to go up at least 1 size.
I've been purchasing items from Modlily for a couple of years now and have been so happy with everything. I keep coming back!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
