I had the misfortune of finding MODLILY on FB and then sadly ordered.
Don't order from them! Sizing is WAY off. They are in China and use Asian sizing dimensions but label deceptively as if they use most common measurements. THEY DON'T TELL YOU ANY OF THIS WHEN ORDERING.
Even worse they are awful to return to. You have to ship to China which takes forever, is expensive and THEN they penalize you 40% of your purchase for restocking! I had $100 loss on clothes improperly sized and misrepresented.
DISREPUTABLE! SCAM!
I ordered 2 jumpsuits and a T-shirt and all 3 items were Great quaity. I ordered them Friday 1/29/2016 and received them today and posted them on Facebook. Only spent $68 I'm going to Slay in Vegas :) Lol
Despite the bad reviews, I've been tempted many times to order from one of the cheap online Chinese clothing companies because their styles are terrific. In a weak moment, I decided to give it a try and ordered a coat from Modlily, willing to wait the month or so that it takes to arrive from China. All I can say is, you get what you pay for. Unlike the softly draping material in the online photos, the coat material was a very cheap stiff fabric that stuck straight out. The buttons were different than in the picture, and three of the buttonholes were too small for the buttons to go through. There was a large gap between the two halves of the sweater collar, so it was impossible to button it without making the top of the coat bunch up. So the coat is not wearable, and it's not worth the hassle of trying to return it. I strongly recommend staying far away from this company. (Note that they only allow positive reviews on their website. I tried to post an honest review, with photos, but it never appeared.)
I ordered two out-fits for my wife WITH PLENTY OF TIME AS THEY WHERE TO BE CHRISTMAS GIFTS and they may NOT ARRIVE IN TIME, i have reached out a number of times to modlily TO NO AVAIL and their response is to thank me for WAITING WITHOUT NO SENSE OF URGENCY, they advertise on facebook and i WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO DEAL WITH SCAM FAKE CLOTHING SCUM WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!
I have purchased 4 of these dresses, black, orange and dark blue, they are beautiful, the 1st I ordered in large but it was on the big side (a friend benefitted) next 3 in medium fitted perfectly, as I am short it was great not to have to have alterations, I have had many compliments while wearing these dresses, also great for holidays on cruise ships, highly recommended, I love shopping at Mod Lily.
The dress I ordered is made from poor quality fabric but after an hour of trying I am unable to return the item or contact customer service as the site won't accept my order number as correct.
This dress is absolutely perfect for hot summer days. I am able to throw a sweater on and wear it to work. The length is perfect covers my toes (just how I like). Will be Buying more!
Never used Modlily before. As a first timer, I was a little apprehensive. Easy site to use; easy to place the order, and arrived on time, in good shape. How much better can ordering a gift be?
I have ordered several times with them. Each time, my orders were correct and I was able to track my packages and it correctly let me know when then arrived. NO complaints.
Terrible company and even worse service. Don't do it! The suit was too small and now they are trying to not refund me and I'm fighting them on PayPal. Worst company EVER!

Don't waste your money. I ordered a swimsuit it was junk and about 4 sizes too small when it arrived. Also they have a ridiculous return policy. Swimsuit going in the trash

I put in my order on Black Friday. I received partial order after Christmas. The second parcel has yet to be seen. I'm not happy and will never order from them again.

I made a purchase with this company 2 months ago and still have not received it. After multiple attempted phone calls and emails between Modlily and USPS I discovered that the wrong address was used to ship the package so it is just sitting at the USPS office because Modlily refuses to contact them and correct their mistake.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
