I knew these garments would not be expensive fashion items but the items that turned up were nothing like the images online. In fact, they were shapeless rubbish. Never again.
I ordered 3 swimsuits the sizes are not American size they are WAY SMALLER sizes. Tried getting a return ticket and the process was bad and finally got approval for returning the items to find out they only will give you 60% of what was paid and they suggested to give them as gifts. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND A RIP OFF DONT ORDER FROM THEM.
I am 64 and wear a 12 size. The three piece suit covered by wobbly bits and I can take the top off so I can tan with the two piece. I am very pleased. Thank you
My package had the incorrect address and was sent back. Once I tracked it and provided correct address, they kindly resent my order free of charge.

Don't fall for it, yes they look cute but they are sized incorrectly, they are shorter than advertised, and they FEEL LIKE PLASTIC. I'm pretty sure they come from overseas because it took almost a month to get here and there was no tracking available.
Returned the products following the instructions a month ago and still have not gotten a refund

I ordered some items oh November 7 a month later December 10 I did not receive my package I was very concerned with tracking number didn't tell me anything helpful I emailed them and got a ticket number they were with me every step of the way check my order form he told me where it was I did get my package on 20 December customer service department was very very helpful made me feel much better
I have a lot of clothes from Modlily and I love them, You have to see very well the size chart, maybe find more information about the product like pictures or reviews on the Website, everytime I saw very well all those details I got very good products, I got some fails too but my experience in general has been very good.
Modlily ignores any requests for refund or exchanges; they will not provide a return address for shipping back their product (even when you say you are going to pay for shipping), and their clothes are cheap, cheap... cheaply made.
The Modlily web site "appears" to provide instructions for product returns, but it is an absolute sham.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I am disappointed that the two items I ordered have not arrived. I ordered on -line early December and it is Jan. 8th and nothing has come. I reached out to their customer service and the phone number listed was disconnected and the message about the order was that it was coming from China, and the holidays... etc. And couldn't I wait more week. This week is that week and I am not holding my breath. I am wondering if they are a fake company ( trying to look like Zulilly) and scamming people. I wish I had read this site before ordering and hope they can be closed. My fear was and still is that they have my credit card info.and how else are using it

My first order from this company was, presumably, at the worst time of year, November. I paid for my order through Paypal, thank goodness, because the only way I got my order was to threaten non-payment through Paypal. First they tell you your order will ship within 3-4 days. Then after 4 days they will explain that it's really within 7 days. Then, they were supposedly out of stock on one of the two items I ordered, and instead of returning the funds, they provided "website credit". Well after my first negative experience, I really didn't want to deal with them again, but now I had this credit hanging out there, so what did I do? Order again, to use my credit. Big mistake. My order was placed on Jan 28 and I received it yesterday, Feb 28. I got zero communication after the first "we received your order and payment" emails. No order processing update, no tracking, nothing. Again, I processed a claim through paypal for non-receipt, and it still took them a week to respond and provide tracking. I did finally get my order, but I will NEVER order from them again. I would also suggest you stay away, unless you thrive on frustration.
My payment was immediately taken from Paypal, but never received any kind of notification. If I go to the website, it shows I have no orders. Made a "ticket" and sent that out and get an email back, saying it was undeliverable... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... I wish I had done more research... but it was an impulse buy when I was on Facebook. I don't know why, with so many complaints Facebook and PayPal are still affiliated with this scam company out of China...?!?!

I bet The clothes in The flea market Are much better, i spent over 100.00 and received 3 pieces of fabric from the worst quality i had to throw them in the garbage because I am sure not even Goddwill want to take it. Do NOT order from THIS people don't waste your money

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
