Very good service and very nice dress. Even the materials and products are very well. I am so happy to have found this company and will order absolutely more products.
The overall experience was ok, I only received part of my order and had to inquire about the rest and I received 1 more item then the other a week or so later. That was the only issue.
They are very nice but took forever to get them.
The bottoms fit fine but the tops were all a little tight.
Requested to return them but never got a "ticket" emailed to me.

I bought several items recently from ModLily. One item was the wrong color, but I had no problem getting an exchange. I was pleased with the quality of each item.
You charge my card immediately but when I have to return parcel it takes too long. Canada post says it was returned but I don't see anything on my card.
Firstly product is very good, true to size and as described, customer service is very good but delivery took forever so if you need product for holiday allow for this.
I like the quality of the clothes, I wish on items being returned we could combine several items from several different orders all in 1 package using 1 return label.
Modlily will not accept returns and WILL NOT refund the purchase credit. I am presently contacting my credit card company to dispute my purchase and without a return address, I will probably donate the tops to a charity. PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON A REFUND SHOULD YOUR PURCHASE BE UNSATISFACTORY.

The suits were as described, they fit, and they were delivered in a timely fashion.
My husband ordered a top for me on 11/22/16. It is now 1/4/17 and it has still not arrived. The customer service is a joke, and the only way to get a refund is to appeal to Paypal. Just don't!
Items are easy to order online - paid for my order through PayPal, however, order was shipped to an old address.

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same shirt and was not able to cancel the first shirt even though nothing had been shipped.

Ordered 2 items, they were too big, sent them back for a different size, they won't respond to my emails. So I'm out the money for the items and shipping them back
The quality is horrible. The clothes don't look like the pictures. You have to return the clothes to China and then they only give you 60% of your money back? That's robbery!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
