Love both tops they are true to size except the sleeves are a little to long but I can push them up and turn them up. I'm in love with the Halloween top.

Aside from the period of time one must wait for the ordered items to arrive, the blouses I order are always to my liking. I will continue to use ModLily in the future.
Tracking showed no movement for two months. I complained to PayPal who did nothing. The shirt I ordered showed up after three months looking nothing like what was ordered. I threw away $40.
I will not be ordering after all the reviews from everyone are negative and deal with comments about the quality of the materials and the true to size and ordering delays. Buyer beware
I am very satisfied with my return experience. Renee was responsive to my emails and helped me successfully return two bathing suits that didn't fit. I am very pleased with her customer service.
This is the first time I have purchased through ModLily and I will be buying again. Their products are lovely and fit well. Their communication is great and shipment fast.
The size charts are incorrect on their website. The clothes run about 2 sizes smaller than described. The cost to return the item is almost more than the purchase price

Very good service and very nice dress. Even the materials and products are very well. I am so happy to have found this company and will order absolutely more products.
The overall experience was ok, I only received part of my order and had to inquire about the rest and I received 1 more item then the other a week or so later. That was the only issue.
They are very nice but took forever to get them.
The bottoms fit fine but the tops were all a little tight.
Requested to return them but never got a "ticket" emailed to me.
I will keep them.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
