My husband ordered a top for me on 11/22/16. It is now 1/4/17 and it has still not arrived. The customer service is a joke, and the only way to get a refund is to appeal to Paypal. Just don't!

Modlily is a good website to buy clothes of all kinds. Not only because the quality of the products is very satisfying, but also the price of the clothes are affordable, compared with other websites.

I can't say anything about the delivery or the quality of the items yet, because I haven't received them yet. I had problems ordering the articles and was helped very well via the live chat.

I've ordered from rotita in the past and I feel like they have improved their service over the few years greatly. The shipping is fast and I love the quality and price of the products

Ordered 2 items, they were too big, sent them back for a different size, they won't respond to my emails. So I'm out the money for the items and shipping them back

The quality is horrible. The clothes don't look like the pictures. You have to return the clothes to China and then they only give you 60% of your money back? That's robbery!

I didn't see ANY place to click on size chart, but I was told i have to click on each item to see their size chart, I forgot that's why i don't use your items, it seems each one is a different size even though a small, medium, large should be the same!
