My husband ordered a top for me on 11/22/16. It is now 1/4/17 and it has still not arrived. The customer service is a joke, and the only way to get a refund is to appeal to Paypal. Just don't!

Ordered 2 items, they were too big, sent them back for a different size, they won't respond to my emails. So I'm out the money for the items and shipping them back
The quality is horrible. The clothes don't look like the pictures. You have to return the clothes to China and then they only give you 60% of your money back? That's robbery!

I didn't see ANY place to click on size chart, but I was told i have to click on each item to see their size chart, I forgot that's why i don't use your items, it seems each one is a different size even though a small, medium, large should be the same!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
