I am trying to return items and there is no order number in package and did not received one in an email when ordering and no number to call. I am furious. I will have to stop payment from my bank.
Description didn't describe the suit as having decorative holes in the skirt part of the top.
I had to sew a lining in it to be comfortable wearing it.

Shipping and processing is to slow. Payment goes through on order day. Processing to get ready for shipping is even slower. Ordered Valentines shirt and will not get it for Valentines day.
This shirt is incredibly flattering, it's just the prettiest. It actually surprised me when I put it on and it looked (and made me look) so good. The material is absurdly soft and smooth
My order came in two shipments, but one item was missing.
It took several emails, but eventually, once it was understood that the item was not in either package, a credit was quickly issued.
The purchase amount was $71.51 however the refund I received was only $49.27. I suppose you took off for the postage but it didn't cost that much so why is the refund so short?
So far I am impressed with your company, I like your products, they seem to be good quality and my experience with Modlily has been great so far. I would recommend this to anybody...

I have written you many messages about me wanting to return two tops one to get a refund on and the other is same top i need a size large i have left you all the numbers on the tops that i needed to be dealt with i have asked for your address several times and i have not received nothing back in return i have never seen a business run like this in my life all of your reviews are the same $#*! bad i don't know what to do about this you say you have 30 days to return the items it takes me more than 30days to try to get an answer from anyone and never know answers to me this sounds like you are running a SCAM BUSINESS! I ordered two blouses and one dress, and none fit, the sizes are way off. To be sure they fit I ordered a size larger and it was laughable as to the size. Waste of money!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
