What I ordered and what I received where very different. The materials are not the same as shown in the pictures and they look like they are homemade. Would not suggest ordering from this company.
My order was placed on March 9, order paid for on March 10. Today is April 6 and my order is still in China! Can't get a response from a ticket, a voice mail, etc. Won't make this mistake again!
Put in an order a month ago and still have not received my order! This is bad business. I liked the styles and was waiting on my order to check it out to order more. But didnt come!

Customer service, shipping very good. I kept the tankini top but returned the swim shorts because they were too short for me. I had to pay to ship the swim shorts back so that took half my refund.
All products arrive quickly and exactly as you expect. Great quality and great service. I buy from them all summer long... buying swim wear and summer tops I just love!
My order had to be shipped separately, the second half took a while. When the 2nd half arrived arrived it was exactly what I ordered everything was beautiful and fit nicely.

Sizes are Asian sizes and are too small for American women. So order accordingly. They are usually too short for me at 5'5" and not big enough in the shoulders.

After I initiated the problem with the delay in shipping, you tended to the matter & kept me informed. I am happy with the 2 tops that I finally received.
I ordered 3-beautiful dresses… (I never order from here before) 2-were too big (I ordered from measurements from the chart not my actual dress size)
1-fit perfect (my actual dress size) I was able to send back
1-dress that was too big (will order again later)
1-dress I was unable to send back due to clearance/sale non refundable (I didn't see that part) but when I check the site, the dress doesn't state final sales and there are more in my size…

I live in Colorado. I ordered 3 swimsuit from Modlily in February 2022. In a week i sent them back at my EXPENSE since they didn't fit right correctly. After not receiving my $105+ back on my card for a couple of weeks. I talked with the service person online since they don't have an arrangement to speak to a supervisor. She explained that I needed my mailing receipt from the Post office. My husband thought that this was all taken care of and he shredded it along with other receipts. I have gotten in touch with this company 2 times a week since and was told a lie over and over. They would say wait 12 hours and we will take care of this. It wasn't until this month May 2022 that I was told by an upset gal that I will never get my money back without that receipt. They know exactly what I ordered because they sent me a picture of it. It is not my fault that they don't check items in as they are returned. By the way, both me and my husband got specific direction as to where to send it back and followed it. I probably have contacted Modilily 20 times since I sent them back. I will never order from them again and warn my friends and relatives of there scam. Tina Harris *******648 USA
After reading every one reviews and I kind of second guess, whether I should or shouldn't order from modlily.so I order on June 1 and I made sure I stayed on top of they asses about my stuff and I received my stuff today June 17,16 so far not bad besides one of the items doesn't fit the description and it's way to big. Other than that I doubt I order from them again, the wait time is to long for me. I want my clothes within a week not no damn two weeks.at the end of the day YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! NOT TO MENTION EVERYONE FAIL TO REALIZE THAT THESE CLOTHES ARE THE SAME CLOTHES THAT THEM IG BOUTIQUE SELLS!
When the measurements in the Size Chart did not match the actual measurements of the garment, Modlily issued a full refund to my store account. Thanks, Modlily!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
