This is my first time ordering from Modlily. The customer service rep (via email) was very nice, thorough and resolved my issue was resolved within one business day. Great job! I will be ordering again!
I had the most amazing experience at her in. The photos of items were very appealing; trust me, what you see, is what you get. The customer service is top-notch as once I placed an order, I received the shipment. My dresses were in good shape and were a perfect fit and taste. Such a delight! I recommend "she in" to anyone who needs to buy a nice something for themselves or a gift to someone; the website is a gift itself!
So I was excited to order their stuff. Looks fantastic. Right? Over 3 months later I'm still waiting for my stuff and according to the sketchy postage link it hasn't moved in a month. Their only responses is we will expedite your purchase and the only way to get a refund is by returning it after you receive it. Originally it was posted to get here by Christmas.it's March. Do not order.
Horrible company. Customer service is the worst. They lied about expediting the shipping so I would receive it before the Holiday. They offered to refund the shipping cost one minute and then told me I had to refuse the package if it was ever delivered in order to get a refund. Considering I work I won't be home to refuse the shipment. Don't waste your money or time buying from this company!
My order of Dec 3rd was received in January. Not acceptable. The 3 items for Christmas wear were pretty, but material was not as expected. The company will no doubt delete this post as they deleted my facebook comment.
After ordering I discovered clothing going to wrong address. Did an online chat with your employee and was promised that the address would be changed or order cancelled. Unfortunately this did not happen. The day of delivery I was able to convince the post office to intercept the package and deliver to my correct address. So I did get the merchandise in a timely manner but Definately stressful. I also love all the clothing.
My package didn't arrive and not only did May make sure that it was resent, she followed up many times to keep me informed and make sure I got the package the second time. Extraordinary customer service. Thank you!
I adore this clothes. It was made for women with real love. Always provide great customer services and responds quickly to your online questions. I recommend it to all my friends and usually give it as a birthday present.
I wear tankinis and the only problem is which one to pick. So many to choose from and the designs and colors are great. I have one from last year and no stretching or fading. The new one is light yellow w/plumeria flowers and black bottoms. I'm going to order another one soon. I will have three for this summer!
Sizing is just awful, nowhere near what it should be. Trying to return items - they first ask you to give them as gifts to someone else or sell them on or donate to charity! If you refuse to do this then they offered me a 20% refund, so refused this, then they upped it to 40%. I told them I want a full refund so we'll see as I'm sending the parcel back today by courier...

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
