It tool a little while to get my tops. In fact, I had decided to order a few more tops to see if was normally slow. I am spoiled with expecting things within a few days. The tracking was so vague that I wasn't sure where it was coming from so I couldn't plan on someone checking the mail if we weren't home. Otherwise, I have to say the tops were worth the wait.
I have purchased several suits. The first couple were returned for a smaller size. I saw on-site that we listened to customers and you could order different sizes for top and bottom. When I ordered my last suit I didn't see that option. When I received the suit which I love. The top was too small and the bottom was a little big but wearable. I was going to exchange but the order online said not returnable. I paid full price. So now I am searching at stores to find a top that will match the bottoms. This company has beautiful clothing and swim suits. The shopping is easy. Prices are great. That is my only issue. I would have ordered a large top and small bottom if I could. Thank you!
I ordered a dress online from Modlily on October 31. I have not received the order (today is 12/16/16). I have sent 3 messages and called the company. No response. The only entry when I attempt to track the package is that it was shipped. I will never order from them again and highly encourage others to skip this company based on my and other reviews. Very disappointing.
Clothes too small. No sufficient contact information at website. In order to exchange or refund you have to submit a request a "ticket" number which they will send you an email if they approve your request. Then they will tell you how to return the item. Additionally, I ordered some jewelry which I am yet to receive. I liked the look of their clothes, but their website is a mess and I am afraid I will be stuck with two items I can't wear. BUYER BEWARE!
They are horrible. The picture shows them to be actual coats, with a flair at the bottom, shaped through the body of the coat. It looked like something you could wear to a party. In truth it is shapeless, bulky, and completely un-coat like. More like a sloppy sweater you've had and worn for 10 years, that your grandfather had worn 30 years before that. It is only good for dog-walking. Terribly misleading in the picture.
I had ordered 2 coats several weeks ago. Never received. Cancelled Visa with bank. Enquiry now gone
I won't be earning any cash reward, because I can't give a positive review. I was very careful to read the sizing chart to make sure I would order the correct size and even the chart was misleading. The dress was at least three sizes too small so now am out my money and can't wear the dress. I would not recommend that plus size women in the USA order from this company. Sizing is incorrect.

I have been trying to return items for weeks. Awful return process, there's no return address on package, service will not reply to email and phone number does not work. Awful company, clothes are cheap and ill-fitting, and now I'm stuck with them. Steer clear!
Do not buy from this company! You wait over a month to get your order and receive cheap quality unfinished clothes, sizes are misrepresented. A large is meant for a child. Everything about their contact information is not true. Tracking your package is a nightmare.
I usually hesitate to order clothes off line, especially overseas but the bathing suit I saw on their sight was such a nice cut and nothing like I could get in the states for the price. I received in about 3 weeks after ordering and I am very pleased with the flattering cut. I did order about 2 sizes larger than I normally get and it fits perfectly.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
