I submitted an order in early June and as of today July 30,2022 I have not received the order. I asked that the order be cancelled and my money refunded. This was accomplished overnight and my refund has been issued. Thank you, Sunshine for being so prompt to solve my problem.
Just as described. Fit perfect. The quality was better than expected. I have bought several kind of clothes in this company and each is perfect. The price is low but the quality wont let you disappointed. Very happy!
I love the clothes when I finally receive them. It placed an order on December 24,2023. As of today I have receive a partial shipment. This has happened to me in the past. This is not good business. I did not contact customer service.
Been a customer for a long time. Great prices, great shipping, never a problem... Love to buy products from them. Just about everything you need, convenience of home shopping, fast delivery, great price comparisons!
Plus: I nailed one good swimsuit out of three!
Was able to return the other two.
Minus: Sadly no place to refund goods in Australia, meaning much extra cost incurred in returns. Quality of the products was patchy. Very thin fabric on one, another did not fit despite being advertised on the Plus Size page. No return postage refunds.
Would I buy again: probably not, given the difficulty and cost of returns and patchy product quality.

Alice helped me with a package had gone missing. She answered my emails almost as soon as I sent them. She provided with shipping details, the courier and tracking number. The package was located. Can't thank her enough.

I ordered three items from Modlily and I am very happy with all three items. Ordering was easy. They have a ton of variety in their products to choose from. Pretty good filter system to narrow your search.
I'm so hesitant to buy clothes online because of crazy sizing or the quality is poor. I took a chance on ModLily because I loved the styles they advertised. When I received my first order I was overjoyed! Not only was the sizing spot-on, but the quality is great. I've made several more orders.
