So I never leave reviews like this but this is ridiculous. I was very excited to order from this website but customer service makes the process very bad. So my boyfriend got me the same ring for our anniversary, I had ordered the same one in silver not knowing. So we wanted to do an exchange for his and an exchange for another item for mine. We were given the instructions for shipping the items back. When asked how much the shipping back is to them and multiple emails I have not received a response. I think it's ridiculous that the item we ordered didn't require a shipping fee and we wanted an exchange for each of the items. However, since we have not gotten a response I just decided I'm going to be returning both items. It's very sad because I was super excited to order from here but honestly the process of an exchange or return is stressful. If they are able to give a 15% refund if you keep the item why wouldn't they be able to cover the shipping for exchanges. Sorry but I will not be ordering from here ever again and will not be recommending the website to any of my friends. Alsooo the customer service rep kept confusing my name with a different name and called my boyfriend my name but spelt wrong? It's very insensitive to think the person who is helping you is not even really reading the emails.
My husband got me one Rainbow Moonstone ring and two Labradorite ring. The gemstones are authentic and the customer service is the best.

I am not one to ever write a bad review but can't help it because of the poor customer experience I have ever recieved. It is one thing to sell people faulty rings, which clearly is the case if multiple people have complained about the same thing, but what is WORSE is not taking responsibility as a business and RECTIFYING it with your customers. My partner bought me a moonstone ring for my birthday and I was so excited because it was a lovely ring. I wore it on my birthday night (first time) and my partner noticed the stone on the dining table. I then contacted the company and initially they were really good and said they can ether replace it or give me an item of a similar value. Although I loved the style of ring I received, I was scared that it may happen again because of the design. So I picked the only other ring I liked which was of a similar value (difference was about $17) and then I sent that in. Didn't hear back for a few weeks so I assumed all good, then I contacted them again to see if the new ring had been sent. The different lady Marlene said I had to pay the difference of $17, which I then said was not what I was told originally. She then offered to split the difference of $8 and then it just got me so mad, like just pay the difference for all the messing around I have had to go through because YOUR product is faulty. So I have given up and paid the difference of $8, a month later I still have no ring, and am out of pocket scared the next one will probably break again and writing a bad review. How not to run a business 101.

Perfect example of great boast little roast. I fell for their 7-14 days international delivery scam and ended up ordering one.it was supposed to be for a function. Its been 1 month, my parcel hasnt arrived. The courier service is telling to contact the seller. But moonmagic is saying they can't do anything about it nor will they cancel it and i should just sit and wait. I can only imagine what will happen if the product somehow arrives and is faulty or smthn, which is very likely after I've seen so many bad reviews on other sites. Their helpline is only effective when you haven't placed any order. The second you make payment, you're no more a priority. They'll send you those good for nothing copy paste replies after days. But the second you comment anything publicly They'll delete your comment. Also enough with using covid as an excuse. It's been more than a year, why don't they incorporate this delay when giving us that estimated delivery time. Its because then the customer wont be lured in.
So I've received the parcel after like 35 days. The product is okayish. It's definitely not worth 200$. It'd be acceptable if the price range was around 100 usd.

Above the clouds turned black in under two days. My finger turned green and was swollen. The opal looks pretty but I'm not sure if its real. I got a moonstone ring, queenly (a month-ish ago), from them too and hated it out of the box. It was definitely pastic looking and got caught on my pocket because the setting was high for my preference. I asked for a refund and they took two days to suggest I exchange and not return. (I exchanged for the opal ring) though i insisted on a return three times total. They acted like they could not read the word return. Mind you, I paid for 2 day shipping and live in Florida so I was well under the 30 days.
I attached a picture of the opal ring next to another ring I got from them in rose gold as a partner band, that ring is NICE and hasnt tarnished at all and I shower with it. I have one other partner band from them(got it at the same time as my first order) that one still looks pretty, the silver is looking dull but not bad.
They have terrible quality control obviously, they are deceitful about the stones they "hand pick" and costumer service is good unless you want a return without exchange. Over all I'd say a 2ish out of 5 stars for now. I have mixed feelings. They have offered to send me something else (not give my money back) after I e-mailed about the opal turning black in under 2 days. I hope this next item is nice. Last chance to make it up, Moon Magic. Hope you get it right. Third time is a charm. :) get it?

I just went through the email conversation between you and our colleague and I can't see that you requested a refund at any point. Because of that, our agent didn't mention that option but offered other options. We are issuing a refund without any problems, we also refunded you as per your request 10% as you didn't apply discount code once you were purchasing. We are glad to see that you pick a free replacement again and you will be refunded for the balance shortly.
Also, I am really sorry to hear your ring has caused a green discoloration, I know how frustrating this can be. However, it is, unfortunately, a common complaint caused by the copper present in all sterling silver jewelry. This can be especially common in hot, humid climates as moisture in the air or skin can make the copper react in this way. We recommend using a silver cloth to regularly polish your ring as this will really help.

I created a review from trustpilot and the seller flagged and reported my review.
I updated it but trustpilot still hasn't released the review after I responded to it. Here was the review I made that the company did not want to tell you.
Update: I just received a notification from trustpilot that my review below was flagged REPORTED by the seller! I replied to them that they know their return policy. They know about the foreign transaction fee from their Germany bank. They know about the receipt within 7 days of purchase or you forfeit the right to return it. Most importantly, I have emails to back it up! The fact that the company knows this and has the audacity to report this review says a lot about the kind of seller you are dealing with. Buy at your own risk knowing about this.

This is what their website omitted / deliberately did not disclose:
1. You will see a foreign transaction fee in your bank statement / credit card statement because the bank acct they use is from Germany. Although the items are shipped to and from the US.
2. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. So it's not a free return.
3. Even if you have 30 days to return, once you have have the RMA, you only have 7 days to return or you forfeit it.
4. Quality: in my opinion, the gemstones are not as big as in the pictures and cloudy. The ring band is very very very thin.

At any point, if you are not happy with the rings you received you can contact our customer service for an exchange.

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
