WOW, didn't expect to get so many views here. I was even messaged by the company and by some potential customers, very cool.
Update: I will keep my score at 2 stars for now, there is potential for help but I must say they are trying their hardest to get more money out of me which sucks.
BUYER BEWARE: the cheaper items are pretty and make great gifts. Do not buy something that is too expensive because unless the ring comes in broken they will not help. This is their response to how they will help me; "We could send you a brand new piece with a 40% discount AFTER you return us your ring." - Khristina.
To put that into perspective they want me to send my ring back ($699) and then paying for a new ring at a promotional value ($420). That would mean that I'm paying about $1,120.00 FOR THE SAME CHEAP RING THAT IM COMPLAINING ABOUT.
***LET ME ADD, THIS RING IS MEANT TO BE WORN WITH A COUNTERPART WHICH I ALSO PURCHASED AND NOW THE COUNTERPART LOOKS BARE WITHOUT THE TEARDROP. IF I DONT GET THIS RING FIXED THEN THE OTHER EXPENSIVE RING IS ALSO WORTHLESS.

3 months ago I bought my wife the ring she's always wanted! The Eternal Love Bundle. These are two rings that are meant to be used together and my wife always gets compliments. So much so that my best friend is getting his wife-to-be the same bundle of rings! (was going too...)
Now you may ask why I'm on the fence and it boils down to the email I received this morning from the customer service department of Moon Magic. Yesterday my wife grabbed some clothes out of the dryer and they got caught on the ring. Not a big deal she thought, but when trying to take off the ring it was harder than expected. After looking closely at the ring, the stone base on the ring had been bent forward and the ring itself became slightly misshapen instead of a circle.
My wife was crying over the damage that was done to the ring. How could something like a rose gold ring bend sooo easily with the weight of some clothes? Should she remove her rings when every she does anything with her hands?
The ring itself is still misshapen and serval smaller stones have fallen out and now we get back to Moon Magic's customer service. I noted that my wife's ring was damaged and would like to have some help considering the price tag and the response was NOPEEE. They said, "You are welcome to make use of our regular discounts and promos available via the website and newsletter to get a replacement if you would like it.".
Obviously, they don't care to even help. After spending $1,300 on these rings I thought they would at least ask for a picture or offer to repair it with a fee or discuss other options but that seems like a hard NO. Although we have the 1-year warrenty, it doesn't seem to be worth anything.
If you are looking to get their less expensive items, then go for it. ITEMS WITH EXPENSIVE PRICE TAGS SHOULD BE PURCHASED FROM JEWELERS WHO CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND NOT MOON MAGIC.
I'm still trying to work with the company so if you're on the fence look for my update and you can decide for yourself.

Beautiful jewelry, the opal above clouds is so lovely! An amazing color of the gemstone and the size I got fits just perfectly!
My boyfriend bought me a pair of earrings from Moon Magic as a gift, but the backing broke after 2 wears.
He contacted Moon Magic to get it replaced, but they said their warranty is only 1 month and there was nothing they can do.
However, since it was a gift, he had to hold onto the product for a bit before giving it to me, and I was only able to wear it 2 times before it fell apart.
In the email the customer service representative linked the companie's warranty policy page when stating the 1 month policy, but when the link was clicked, the website stated that "All items come with a 2-month (60 days) warranty."
So they are clearly not following their own policies.
They seem to also delete bad reviews from Facebook and Instagram as you can see a bunch of frustrated emojis on all of their posts, but only good reviews in the comments.
Also posted a bad review on their website, but seems like they filter all the bad reviews out.
Clearly not transparent and obviously have something to hide if they have to delete any negative reviews.
I will be telling everyone I know not to purchase from Moon Magic.

Edit: Moon Magic offered a 20% refund and had told me to fix it myself.
When asked about the warranty policy, they said the 2 month warranty policy on their site was for items purchased after a certain date. However, when asked to show proof of their warranty policy prior to the date stated, the customer service representative again sent the link to their website which stated a 2 month policy. Nowhere did it state that any items purchased before a certain date would follow a 1 month warranty policy.
It clearly states on the website "All products" are subject to the 2 month warranty.
Without any proof, how can they cite this arbitrary number? For all I know, they could be saying a random number to avoid fixing the issue.

I purchased from Moon Magic on the 28th of November 2021 in the amount of USD 634.00 I received my purchase around the 3rd of December 2021. I did not like the products as they didn't look as advertised. The stones were not shiny as they were advertised online at all so I emailed Moon Magic to return all the products according to their policy. On the 6th of December a lady named Inna responded to me asking for reasons and what I wanted to send back. I sent back the package according to instructions from Inna and paid for the return shipping myself accordingly. I provided the return tracking number on the 7th of December 2021 and the package arrived at their warehouse on the 10th of December. Inna told me that I will get my money back no later than 30 days. I have been following up multiple times. Today is the 10th of January 2022 and I still haven't received my money back. All I am ever being told is that the package hasn't been checked in by the warehouse yet. I am not a bank and I want my money back. They have received the return over a month ago and it is not my fault that there seem to be issues with their warehouse. I understand the fact that there are currently supply chain issues globally but I am not willing to wait over a month for a return that I have made according to instructions. There should be some sort of customer service in this and not punish a customer for your own warehouse issues.

I'd purchased a few items from Moon Magic on my own and while they weren't amazing, I felt they were worth what I paid. I spotted a necklace on their site and added it to my Christmas wishlist. My boyfriend lovingly complied and let me open the original shipping box Christmas day. What I got was definitely not what was shown. I own moonstone pieces that cost half of what we paid for this necklace that have vastly superior "flash" and color. What I received is a cloudy white rock. Upon reading reviews here, I see others have had similar experiences with this exact piece.
I have been in touch with Marlene in customer service. She asked me for photos TWICE and ignores me unless I prompt her. I really just want to send this item back for a full refund at this point. I emailed customer service immediately on Christmas day and initially got a response quickly, and now nothing... so I'm going into the New Year with no Christmas present. The first two photos in this review are Moon Magic's original media. The third photo is what I received. The item is clearly grossly misrepresented-- as you can see, the stone on the necklace I received is just a cloudy white rock. So disappointing!
UPDATE: Moon Magic reached out to ask me for additional photos of the product to "show the team" as though this issue was debatable, so I obliged. Shown is another angle of the necklace I got shown next to an authentic moonstone ring I purchased elsewhere. As you can see, the authentic moonstones have a flash that shows in photos while Moon Magic's product does not.
UPDATE #2: I was offered a replacement. It is even worse than the original, with a huge crack in the stone. I have requested a refund and offered to return the products. I will update if they comply. I continue to be shown advertisements for moon magic with the necklace I supposedly ordered, and obviously there is a huge discrepancy. The replacement necklace is shown on the right of the photo showing two necklaces, again with an authentic moonstone ring purchased from a different vendor to show the difference.

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
