U-Haul Moving Help Experience Feedback
I had a negative experience with U-Haul Moving Help. I hired a moving company named RA Transport, owned by an individual named Ryan, through U-Haul's moving help service. We scheduled their services 17 days in advance, and they confirmed they would be there. We agreed on the job's timing, but communication issues arose as the moving day approached.
The day before the scheduled move, we tried contacting them via text with no response. After calling them, we managed to confirm the move for the next day. However, on the day of the move, they failed to show up. Despite our attempts to reach them, our calls went unanswered and went straight to voicemail.
Even after trying from another phone, we were unable to get through to them. It seemed like they had blocked us deliberately and did not respond to our text messages. I believe U-Haul should establish clear standards for service providers to prevent such disappointing experiences.
After I specifically confirmed my booking and location 2 months prior, on less than 1 week's notice the mover cancelled on me. (Movers Georges)
Trying to get help from movinghelp.com was useless - only chat and email and they just follow the scripts. No clue on how their site even works.
Don't use this moving company, Divine Transition.
They literally threw my merchandise in my storage unit breaking a table and lamp.
I also overpaid them $80.00.
I paid both movers $120.00 each and bought them dinner.
I was also told to pay cash after the initial pay code amount of $165.95
I sent a text immediately after they left and they asked if I had cash app to deposit them I've heard nothing since. They can't be located and they should be banned immediately. Thank you for your time.

Called uhaul who then moved me over to these people, mentioned it'd be a 120$ move and credited my account 750$, then they go on saying that they'd fully refund me if anything was to come up, did so and they still owe me an extra 100$. Never even used their truck or services and then completely tried to screw me over any way they could, 0/10 avoid this company at all costs.
I reserved and paid for moving help several weeks before my move. On the day of the move, no one showed up. When I called the contact number, they said they were busy and hung up on me.
Because I was unable to move from my apartment on my move out date, I was charged hundreds of dollars for violating my lease.
Don't use this company. They don't actually screen the movers you hire.
This moving service was absolutely excellent! I booked through U-Haul, and it was so extremely easy. The guys were running a little bit behind, but they let me know right away and it didn't hurt the move at all! They moved my roommate and myself out of our apartment, carried her stuff to her new location and put my stuff in my separate location! They were so helpful, so strong and amazing I would strongly recommend this moving service.
I called and texted this moving company "Top Dog Movers" multiple times before the day they were scheduled to help. I contacted Movinghelp.com regarding my concern and they sent me a text message stating "Elite Movers" were confirmed to assist with our move. This was not the moving company I reserved. Both moving companies have the same contact number. The movers did not show up the day of our move. Disgusted and upset. Will never go through Movinghelp.com.
They were supposed to have arrived on Saturday at 11 am, we had someone waiting outside from 10:30 am. This was moving an elderly lady from an assisted living facility. They were a no show! When we called they told us they were on their way. One hour later, still no show. We called the company back, the guy was so rude and said if we keep calling he is canceling the job. He said he has another two guys coming. Again no show! So two 70 year old adults had to do all the moving into the truck because after we tried calling again, they would not answer the phone.
We found another company that met us at our destination to unload the truck, They are called Always Moving! Call them before you call this company. Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered.
Twice in 7 months I've scheduled and paid for movers and TWICE no show. Quick to take my money and not provide help. Customer service on the phone and chat is the WORST... can't get anyone to answer the phone or chat. Never again! Useless company
U-haul set up a moving company to transport U boxes from distribution centers to home destination. We tried to contact the Moving Company numerous times through calls and emails. The day of service they were a NO SHOW. We got stuck paying almost $150 more to different supplier to get Uboxes moved. Uhaul will not take responsibility for cost increase due to fine print in contract. Check reviews on your service provider so that you are not holding the bag. Do not let UHaul pick a no show for you.
Answer: Do not use these people. They don't care if they ruin your furniture. They are very inexperienced, and are a total rip off! Don't believe what you read about them on MovingHelp, that's completely false!
Answer: A good moving company is Almighty Movers. I used them before and they are professional, did a great job, and do not overcharge. I about to move again, and will be using them again for sure! You can count on them for help.
Answer: Run do not use this websight they will rip you off and there is no one to talk to never see your money back.
