Updated: Advertised as Parentaler then email came in under mSpy. I specifically stayed away from mSpy due to the negative reviews. I tried the software anyway on my iPhone but it did not work as advertised, you have to plug in the phone or use a phone that is not locked. This software is not what we were paying for or advertised. I tried and tried with customer service to get a simple refund. I stopped the auto renew. Then was told they would "pause" service. This does me no service because I have no use for it. I was offered another 3 months...again...it does not work. I just want a refund for a software I cannot use and a software that was not performing per advertised. I was also pointed to the cancelation rules that I explained to them when I purchased I was under the impression I was purchasing under parentaler, not mSpy and I did not change my mind as they kept assuming, the product is not working as advertised. In fact I was trying to log in today to get an accurate account number and it would not even log in. Going to live chat with your tech support department is of no help. I have several emails from your company telling me that they agree this product does not work with my iphone. I would have to unlock it first. I cannot do that. I also was not intending on plugging in the phone to the computer each time I needed to read the messages, as it was advertised you would not have to...again, your tech department stated they could not help. I will post where I can how crooked you are and how you bait and switch your products until I get my money back. Every public internet site I can find you advertise on I will warn every user.

I have not received an update to my target device in over 1 week. First they told me it was a problem with their server and it will be fixed in 3 days. Then I spoke to the manager and he told me that the software has been uninstalled from the computer. They have made this same excuse several times and each time they force me to go through the trouble of accessing the target devise and re-installing the program, which takes a large amount of time and effort for me to locate the target devise and re-install everything all over again. They have made me do this at least 5 times so far. I have nicely asked the manager to please fix the problem without making me re-install the program once again.
I believe the reason this happens is that I renewed the service for 3 months. Every time I have renewed the product for 3 months or more, they cut the connection and make me re-install the program. My advice to everyone would be to ONLY use this service on a monthly basis and don't buy several months at the same time. Once they have your money, they will cut the connection.
The manager, John, says he is still working on the issue. If he is able to fix it, I will delete this review and write a nice review. Until then, I am angry at this dishonest company.

I chatted with their salesman who told me that if I upgraded to the ultimate kit ($500USD) I would be able to get the keylogging feature without having to jailbreak my child's phone. I asked him several times about this because I didn't want to jailbreak the phone, and he assured me several times that if I upgraded to the ultimate kit there would be no jailbreaking involved to get the keylogging feature. After I purchased it and saw that the keylogging feature did not work, I let their management and billing departments know about the deceptive salesman, since they could see the chat logs, but they just kept saying that I should have known I wouldn't be able to have keylogging without the jailbreaking of the phone, even when they saw the chat logs showing their salesman lied to me repeatedly. They kept saying I should have known the salesman was wrong. *****the response below this review said they resolved this problem for me. They gave me back 25% of what I paid. This is not resolved, they still cheated me out of $400USD. Ugh…..
