Coca-Cola's customer feedback reveals a significant decline in satisfaction regarding its rewards program, which was once celebrated for offering tangible benefits. Customers express disappointment over the shift from exciting rewards to a focus on charitable donations, leading to feelings of frustration and disengagement. Many feel that the program lacks accountability, transparency, and genuine rewards, resulting in a diminished sense of value for their efforts. While the brand maintains a strong presence in the market, the negative sentiment surrounding its customer engagement strategies indicates a pressing need for Coca-Cola to reevaluate and revitalize its rewards offerings to restore customer loyalty.

Hawrubull... this idea - Samir Nagheenanajar
Complete waste of time. Sip and scan does not work AT ALL.
The new mycokerewards was created to reduce the expenses of the old program and to pretend to offer us participants an alternative. The alternative is so bad that few of us will participate so that Coke can eliminate for lack of interest at some future date. The old mycokerewards was fun while it lasted
There used to be great rewards, an strong incentive to purchase their products but now its not worth the time of entering codes. Periodically they offer a couple of crap rewards but its primarily sweepstakes that you & I both know the chance of winning is ridiculously slim! Very disappointed!
The "new" CokeRewards is filled with a scant few items that almost every person I've talked to *aren't* interested in, such as, magazines and sweepstakes entries. ONLY 2 people out of 33 in my department who previously used the website on a weekly basis still do.
If this is indicative of the national average, then I'm forced to conclude Coca-Cola is running the Rewards program as a mere afterthought. First and foremost, they need to bring back the points for beverage product coupons. At least that would be a small step in the right direction.
I faithfully entered my points daily with the old program so that I could get movie tickets and soda for my family would take awhile but it was worth it... They said when this new so called program took over it was going to be so great that you didn't have to store up points and just go for what you wanted... WEEELLLL there's absolutely nothing to go for, I thought let me give it some time maybe it will get better as it is new, it's been 7 months and nothing, SOOOOO I officially have given up and don't buy coke as much anymore would rather just go for cheap on sale brand being as I no longer have an incentive... BYE BYE COKE YOU SUCK!
One of the latest prizes is an old Coke machine. Seriously? Did Coke raid a junkyard? With my luck, I'd win it.
Then there are free Cokes to be obtained from convenience stores that aren't in my area.
Sweepstakes? Never mind the low chances of winning. It seems that Coke is doing a Publishers Clearinghouse impression. My chances might be good since few probably enter.
How about the gift cards entrants can win (but never do)?
I agree with all those who hate the new rewards program. I have little more to add - -just that it sux. Coke, supposedly, you listened to your customers. None of them have left praising comments on this forum. I haven't seen any evidence of anyone suggesting such a farce. You'd be better off not having a rewards program than to exhibit the cheapskate direction toward which you've evolved.
I was going to order more magazines this month and am told that I'm maxed out... for two months straight. If you can't/won't handle the volume, please hang it up.
Now that the Coke rewards program is meaningless, maybe I'll give Pepsi another try. Thanks for NOTHING Coke.
I cant even believe they are still printing the codes. There is NOTHING you can do with them. They used to have so many options. I cant even find were to enter the codes now and there seems to be nothing to do with them.
Collected a large number of points. Redeemed for numerous prizes prior to deadline. Never received any of the prizes I redeemed! Only after an inquiry I received one of the prizes customer service miracaluosly found. Said could not find any others. Program/contest didn't produce results as stated.
Loved the old program! The "new program" is nonexistent. The site is confusing and a sham if you call it a loyalty program. A big disappointment from a great company.
The new unrewards program is very unsatisfying. Except at Christmas with the Amazon gc they offer a lot of nothing. Contacted Coke and they acted very surprised. They claim to have taken a survey of MyCokeRewards users and thus changed it to this. Just curious. How many took this survey? And if you did, is this what you asked for? Got thousands of useless points now.
The new program is no good. For a minute they had Amazon gift certificates (with a max of 2 per person), but at least it was something! The Walmart chance to win g. C. Makes me feel like I am just tossing the points away.
As a past MCR sweepstakes winner (3 day Busch Gardens all expenses paid trip a few years ago), I am grateful for the former program, but think this new version needs to be changed.
I have switched to another brand, as this is not how you REWARD valuable customers.Hit them where it hurts QUIT BUYING their products!
Horrible! I suppose I should thank the Coca Cola Company for giving me a reason to finally quit drinking soda.
The new program is an utter and ridiculous sham on loyal customers. The offerings have been reduced to only a few meaningless drawings and nothing of substance such as gift cards or merchandise or offered. Coke has taken many steps backward in appealing to their loyal base and is insulting. I would give it a minus zero if I could - it is less than no sugar added.
You took a decent program and turned it into garbage! Your marketing department needs to have their heads examined.
I am a Senior citizen and the new coke program is to technical for me... I ''won'' teddy bear and movie ticket but cannot figure out how to claim them... come on coke if you are going to change the program at least make it where we older people can figure it out
Coke seems to have veered away from making it's loyal customers happy and moved to something that doesn't even make sense. Points used to mean something. A really great prize. Now, you get NOTHING. Don't waste your time.
Answer: I still buy Coke products... but I've starting buying other brands and now split my Coke product purchases by 50%! If more customers did that, maybe Coke will wonder where their fizz went.
Answer: I'm not sure. I know prior to the change I was getting a lot of emails announcing they were updating the program with new rewards, etc. it seems like they either upped the points on my favorite rewards and/or put more restrictions on point submissions. "Update" seemed to actually mean "downgrade" the program.
Answer: They're arrogant and think that they are too big to fail.
