Coca-Cola's customer feedback reveals a significant decline in satisfaction regarding its rewards program, which was once celebrated for offering tangible benefits. Customers express disappointment over the shift from exciting rewards to a focus on charitable donations, leading to feelings of frustration and disengagement. Many feel that the program lacks accountability, transparency, and genuine rewards, resulting in a diminished sense of value for their efforts. While the brand maintains a strong presence in the market, the negative sentiment surrounding its customer engagement strategies indicates a pressing need for Coca-Cola to reevaluate and revitalize its rewards offerings to restore customer loyalty.

"waste of time", " not worth the effort", "what were they thinking". I can't add much to that, the program really stinks. I may go to grad school now that I have so much free time. I've rediscovered RC cola and need to buy some Moon Pies, life is good.
The new coke rewards program is terrible! I agree with previous reviews that for saving points and doing basically all the work you get nothing in return! I hope Coca-Cola "big wigs" are reading these reviews. You save up codes to enter in hopes for a 1 in 1,000,000 chance to win something!?!?! Utterly ridiculous! Even if you only offered coupons for free 20oz. Or $3.00 off a 12 pack, you would at least have people buying your product. Now i guess i will have to start buying the cheaper sodas! Faygo here i come!
Nothing of value to me in the new program. Very disappointed. Old program has lots of options from gift cards to magazines. New program only has a couple of sweepstakes and opportunities to donate points to charities... for contributions Coke would make anyway.
Maybe I'm old fashioned, but the only thing I saved for was the magazines. The new ones is sweepstakes and social media links. I wish they'd bring back the old one. The codes are worthless to me now.
I don't even get. Is that all, what's listed on the Rewards page? It only lists a sweepstakes & donating points. Is there more to it that I'm missing?
Coke decided to replace the mycokerewards program with something new - it is now not worth the effort to save points. I think they would have been better off just canceling the reward program rather than going with the new program with worthless prizes. This new program is insulting - they want you to think it is better than the old one. For who? They just erased all the goodwill and loyalty they had earned with the old program.
I just threw out all my codes. Why bother saving them. They're pretty much worthless. Sorry I wasted all that money on coke products. I'll be switching back to another product now. Sorry I have to give one star. I'd rather give none. I called coke and complained. Rep was nice but helpless. I hope everyone calls.
Not worth the time to even collect the reward codes.
Waste of time, stupid club.
Too bad they were so good before.
I suppose greed must be the factor.
Corporate greed. This program is about saving money for Coke not making it worth consumer's time. Poorly thought up program. No rewards for loyal customer base. New Coke rewards has the taste of a warm Pepsi left in the Florida sun! Ewwwww!
We were mainly a Pepsi product family but slowly changed to a primarily Coca-Cola drinking family as we had fun earning and spending points. Our family consists of three households: parents, an adult son and his family, and an adult daughter and her family. We have held competitions between the households to save and earn rewards. We used the old rewards site as a way to teach the value of saving to our children. We've even collectively saved points and redeemed for "door prizes" for family get-togethers. Today, we logged in the new site and are devastated at how little value the Coca-Cola Company has placed upon its loyal customer base. We agree with several posters here who are expressing their displeasure on Coca-Cola's social media sites.
Don't piss down my leg and tell me it's raining. Your new program isn't "exciting". It's worthless for me. I'm thinking that killing the program was the brainstorm of your new foreign CEO.
And your lying Facebook Cokebots like Little Ricky Cunningham, Marty McFly and Mikey Maybe aren't fooling anyone. They mock, censor, block and lie to loyal Coke customers. No normal person would hang out and post replies on the site 12 hours a day every day unless Coke was paying him.

Let's blast them on their beloved social media sites. The more anger the better. They WILL see things our way.

There is no reward in maybe winning a trip for four. While I get that Coke is trying to attract millenials with all the social media shtick what about the rest of us?! I liked earning the rewards but now the lower price of store brands is more enticing. Another screw up just like New Coke was.
The new coke rewards program is such a waste of time and effort. What a joke Why even have a rewards program that has such an extremely low chance of winning anything. They might as well just have the prize "not a winner" on the inside of the bottle it was the cap. Or if their goal is to advertise 7-eleven and then just put the coupon in the cap.
This isn't even worth a 1. I have collected coke points for 8 years and have seen the site go through changes but never anything that essentially wastes your time like this. Spending points on sweepstakes only is like tossing all the points in the trash. Extremely disappointed with Coke and I hope they hear us and change things back like they have in the past with other mistakes they've made. This does not show appreciation to consumers at all.
The new program SUCKS. It worse than old one! Major disappointment. Who do they have working for them a bunch of high school kids.
This new program royally sucks. Nothing more to say that hasn't been said already. Pepsi tastes better anyway.
I won't buying anymore. Now they have sucks programmed.
I have it. I am done with this rewards programmed.
Suck... suck... suck... suck... suck... suck... suck... suck...
Answer: I still buy Coke products... but I've starting buying other brands and now split my Coke product purchases by 50%! If more customers did that, maybe Coke will wonder where their fizz went.
Answer: I'm not sure. I know prior to the change I was getting a lot of emails announcing they were updating the program with new rewards, etc. it seems like they either upped the points on my favorite rewards and/or put more restrictions on point submissions. "Update" seemed to actually mean "downgrade" the program.
Answer: They're arrogant and think that they are too big to fail.
