Well now instead of stacking our vending machine business in major hotels with Coke we now stack 2/3 of machine with Pepsi products. Also we dropped the Pepsi prices and raised the Coke product prices. Coke does not really care but they should. There is nothing to save points for in the new site. I'n not going to enter codes when I only have a chance to win, not worth my time. No reason to buy coke over another brand if this is how the site will work in the future.

About 20 years ago my dad passed away due to diabetes complications, at which time I stopped sugared soda (yeah, I know, should stop soda altogether!). So I've been a diet soda addict since. My taste buds happen to love the flavor of Coke Cherry Zero the best, though I will go to Diet Cherry Dr Pepper, Diet Mt Dew, and other from time to time. Like you all, I have spent many hours typing those codes into MCR for many years. A number of my family and friends have diligently collected up caps for me (because they love me <3 :) ). The new rewards program sucks so far (though I did get an extra 500MB Verizon Wireless data for 5 caps!). They should have just said, "listen, we're not giving away stuff like we used to. It was fun, but we have to stop now". That would have been much better than all the hype about the so-called new and improved rewards site. It definitely sucks so far. I have a few gallon size zip lock bags of points ready to be entered. But if the rewards site never accepts them again, I'll be ok, life will go on, and I'll definitely find other more productive things to do with my time. Will I boycott Coke? Absolutely not. Will I by competitors diet drinks? Sure will, when they are on sale, or that's all I can find. Move on people, it'll be okay. Thanks Coke for the good tasting products :)
The new 2017 rewards program is incredibly lame and I am no longer interested in supporting the company. Dr. Pepper is my new go-to!
The New version of MyCokeRewards is a joke. I have yet to see a real reward. Half the codes I have are not working. I guess Coke got really tired of rewarding true fans and does not give a rats fanny anymore. So sad.
The program is a joke and illegal in most states. It is illegal to require you to make a purchase (to get the code) to enter a sweepstakes/game of chance. Coke, are you listening?
I am so disappointed in the new site why would I want to spend points on a chance to win a ticket for six flags at my age of 65 like I want to go on a roller coaster rides' The old site had so much more to offer. They said they listen to us that's a bunch BS I was never asked for my opinion you don't even have a chance to get a free case of coke or magazines gift cards or anything. I have been a MCR member since it got started in 2006 and I am not happy with what they came up with. Sorry your new program your smart people pick sucks.
I'm hopeful that they will come up with a few changes to enable storage/accumulation of points. Right now I can't stand this thing.

It seems that many people have posted their distaste for the new rewards program, I have been buying and collecting coke/codes, and was the main reason I chose to drink coke products. Hopefully after you get enough complaints, and your sales drop, you will come to your senses. I encourage everyone to speak out against this issue.
Really? I have been involved/Invested in the Coke Rewards Program since its beginning in 2006. This is what your Marketing Departmernt came up with? I feel that it would have gone a lot smoother if you would have just cancelled the program instead of recreating a new program that has Zero touch with the Consumer.
It's like they forgot how changing the recipe of Coke to the NEW COKE wasn't a complete and utter failure. Another misstep by management with no pulse on the customer. Nothing of value in the new program. First the fake Twitter and Facebook likes to get "status" crap, now limited options to burn points for a snowballs chance in hell at winning a sweepstakes and opportunities to donate points to charities... for contributions Coke would make anyway. I'm OUT.

My family drank a lot of coke products so we could redeem the points for some pretty nice rewards. Will not be so selective when purchasing drinks. I will buy what is on sale when I go shopping. If i coulld give a negative number i would. I am so happy to here that so many other people think the new program sucks. If enough of use really stop buying Coke products it will make a difference. So let's stick together, spread the word, and drink anything but coke products. Maybe we will get lucky and Coke will wise up.
