Coca-Cola's customer feedback reveals a significant decline in satisfaction regarding its rewards program, which was once celebrated for offering tangible benefits. Customers express disappointment over the shift from exciting rewards to a focus on charitable donations, leading to feelings of frustration and disengagement. Many feel that the program lacks accountability, transparency, and genuine rewards, resulting in a diminished sense of value for their efforts. While the brand maintains a strong presence in the market, the negative sentiment surrounding its customer engagement strategies indicates a pressing need for Coca-Cola to reevaluate and revitalize its rewards offerings to restore customer loyalty.

I loved the old program. This one is beyond terrible. I thought it might get better, but I don't see it happening. I'll be drinking more Dr. Pepper!
Absolutely worthless why even bother having a program, waste of time. Don't even bother! Bring back the old program! No incentive whatsoever to use this program! SUCKS
Publicly this program promises 1000's of prizes! Failure at its best. McD ap failure. It has nothing to do with McD ap. Who gets you to download it and register. Coke who is doing the promotion fails to even complete once a customer finishes registering to see what prise they may have won. To call it crap would improve what they have created. A tease and no follow through. I would call this constipation participation. What a failure!
Not a good contest nobody can scan their cokes. There are so many reviews if others. So how is anyone winning?
Not worth the effort of even scanning the lid. You never win and you max out on attempts to enter your favorite giveaways. This is not a rewards program; a rewards program actually incentives loyalty. This program is more irritating than incentivizing..
Been trying to scan since it started I had luck maybe twice takes too long to telling me it can't read it etc etc I don't know why you do it that way I guess you don't want to give out prizes I can't believe not only me but we all fell for it better luck next time
Coke "rewards" don't even exist, we switched to other brands, the old program actually encouraged people to purchase Coke products. Lesson learned for up and coming entrepreneurs!
This new program is garbage! There are only "chances to win" something and it seems that no one ever wins! I was entering codes for a free movie ticket. I was one code away and then the reward was just... gone. It was no longer listed as a reward. So, I entered all of these codes toward that reward and they just disappeared. Ridiculous. Way to piss off your customers, Coca Cola. The old rewards program was 1000% better than this mess.
Since they have changed their rewards program over the past couple years, it's less of a rewards program and more of a job to possibly win. I stopped trying to win since it's obviously a farce. If anyone wins it's like 2 people out of the whole population of America, and possibly worldwide, I'm not even sure. I just hope they are actually donating the portion I've entered.
Well, Coke. You've failed miserably with this farce of a rewards program. I haven't read one positive thing about it online. I have hundreds of codes awaiting your reversion back to an incentivized promo. Like all huge companies, you don't listen to your customers. It's your way or no way in order to save a buck. You're too big to fail. You have good products, and your company doesn't owe us promos; however, rotten rewards programs do not enhance your image. It's obvious that you have produced a crappy program on purpose for whatever selfish reasons you may have. If you're trying to save face, do so by entirely dropping what you call rewards. I'd respect you far more if you'd simply quit.
I can not believe the are doing this to us again. Did it in like 1985 and lasted
Atound 79 days... THIS $#*! SUCKS!. Bring back coke classic. I will not buy coke again till they do.
I have a bag of unused Coke Rewards points. They are so "valuable" that I couldn't even give them away on Craig's list.
They might as well just cancel the rewards program at this point because you never win anyway. RME. The prizes made being bloated from drinking so much coke worthwhile! Back to water I go. IGA spring water!
I decided to hold onto my caps/box flaps because I keep hearing the whispers that the new program is so bad and Pepsi Co has come out with several successful promotions since, that Coke may be thinking about going back to a program similar to the "old and better" reward program. Not going to use them on the new rewards program when there may be a chance to actually use them AND receive a reward, not just a dream.
The old program was worthwhile. The new one is mostly lotteries for a chance to win some award (75" TV). Reminds me of the games of skill at the travelling carnival. It takes forever to enter the codes and for what? A chance to win something. The old program was better. Had many and nicer rewards and the site allowed you to enter your 100 points in quickly each week. Every time I stop in to enter some of the points that are piling up now I end up not finding anything worthwhile or get pissed off on the inability to enter them in easily. Just not worth it. There is nothing rewarding about the new program.
It's all a waste. They really don't give you anything for the codes. I have literally uploaded hundreds to only get a Shutterfly photo book. It takes FOREVER to upload them. Then it'll say it has a problem with the code. Other times you can't read the codes. Then half the promos are for machines that are nowhere in my part of the country. This is not a rewards program. This is just a scam and Coke should be ashamed.
Twice recently I get a notice (upper right of page) that I have a won a gift card on the instant win and to click to redeem. When I click it it just brings me back to the entry page to enter again. So frustrating. This is for the current $25 Target gift card and the last was Mcdonalds gift card. If I try to contact them I get a robo response so I am not going to bother this time. I have been a loyal rewards member for many years. But I think I am over it. Coke we deserve better.
New program is AWFUL... Glad we are shifting to water and tea. The old system was better, I used it with my kids to clean parks and places we went to to clear liter. They got stuff and enjoyed but also realized they had to work for it. Now its all pot luck... any code can win... seems socialistic to me... everyone has a chance and here is your participation ribbon...
This new program is no good to me. Wish there was a no star rating as that is what I would vote for the new coke program. Why isn't the company replying to anyone. Coke should have a good program or none. Wasting people's time in many different ways and losing businessssss.
Answer: I still buy Coke products... but I've starting buying other brands and now split my Coke product purchases by 50%! If more customers did that, maybe Coke will wonder where their fizz went.
Answer: I'm not sure. I know prior to the change I was getting a lot of emails announcing they were updating the program with new rewards, etc. it seems like they either upped the points on my favorite rewards and/or put more restrictions on point submissions. "Update" seemed to actually mean "downgrade" the program.
Answer: They're arrogant and think that they are too big to fail.
