I purchased your product to try for 39.95. I didn't expect to get charged again for no product. This really upsets me about ordering online. It's getting to the point that you don't know who is legit and whos not. I was happy with my first order, until I got charged again. And nothing was sent to me. I am not buying anything unless it is thru Paypal from now on.

I really like the foundation and concealer, especially, although the other products are also good. I am a makeup artist and instructor, so am very observant with cosmetics. They make a good product, unfortunately, the online marketing is a little shady. I ordered the trial, expecting to pay $49, then got another shipment the next month, not expecting it. When I called to cancel, she told me that the regular price is $120, and my card will be charged monthly, until it is paid for. Buy it at Ulta, and save yourself the hassle.

This company stole from me. I was thinking about purchasing the 39.95 kit. I filled out the information and my credit card information. I then changed my mind and never hit the submit button. I then erased all of my information and closed my browser. The next day I check my bank account and I see a debit pending of 39.95. I called this company and was told that I purchased it and of course you can't argue with them. The only way they could look up the order was with my name and zip code. I am now filing theft and fraud charges against this company. (Bank and Police Report.) I love the makeup and will try to contact the corporate office and let them know that this company that is selling there products are ruining the reputation

I ordered the product and somehow they cancelled it because supposedly the warehouse cancelled my order without any notification. They charged my card and it is pending status and they won't help me to buy their product. Worst place to order even if the product is great the customer service is ridiculous. No one there knows what they are doing and the supervisor doesn't know what to do to keep a customer. I would give a negative rating if i could.

You buy the kit and then you commit to having it shipped to you every few months, I chose 6 months and every time I try to cancel they do there best to talk you out of it, they give me another discount or more free products, and you are talking to someone from another country and it is hard to understand. This is why I never do this, I guess I will try again, but I do not like a company that bullies you in to staying. Has anyone else had trouble canceling the membership? Maybe I am too soft and easy just need to be firm! I like the product it is good.

Doesn't do anything that other foundations do. I received a statement for the autoship which I did not want. Going to return and I wish I had read the reviews first! Hope I don't have problems doing that!

This advertisement, the customer service providers as well as the company itself, lied to me about the amount of the purchase and the product I received. I have been bullied over the phone trying to return and refund my purchase. I will be notified by the BBB once they have reviewed my complaint.

I have spent so much time and money looking for a product to cover my rosacea and this is the best product by far. Most concealers will cover for 15 minutes, but do not last all day. This lasted all day. At the same time, it does not have a caked appearance. It did take me practice to apply the concealer. I normally use a sponge to apply makeup, and this did not work well with the concealer. (Fingers worked better.) The eyebrow pencil was a little too dark for my fair skin and blonde hair, but the pencil did come with a brush that helped lighten it a bit..

The product didn't do anything more for my face than loreal or maybelline does and when I called to return I got attitude and then after cancelling I still received another shipment THEN they tried to sent another one luckily my credit card was at its limit and couldn't be charged on... Deana

I purchased the product online and was very surprized to find a repeat package sent less than a month later. I felt alarmed, checked details of my purchase, found the terms n conditions was made in such a way that without information or further confirmation, a repeat order is automated. And not just a repeat order, they charged me for an extra large package! I called but there was no way to cancel my shipment. I wrote repeatedly I dont want it, I want to cancel, either they dont respond or they responded saying it is for my convenience they are sending me an extra large package, completely ignoring what I wrote. I returned the package n sent proof of my sbipment being received by them, I suddenly got an email saying I had sent it to an unmonitored mailbox. This is a robber!

Cancelled as soon as I received this junk and they fraudently charged my visa. I have notified my bank to block these idiots from charging on my card. Also police have been notified and report filed. Buyitnow does not have permission to attack my bank card. It was unauthorized. Stay away from them! They are thieves

I have insomnia and watch a lot of infomercials. And I was about to go online and purchase Bye Bye Foundation, and when I googled tryitnow.com, the word "SCAM" also popped up, which made me read the reviews... sooooooo glad I did! So I'll just head to Ulta tomorrow and save myself the headache! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for your reviews!

Already said what I needed to. I just wanted to point out "one" of the FAKE REVIEWS I was telling about seeing. Lol... Sickening huh? Why aren't these people arrested and locked in a room, and throw away the ROOM?!?

I spent so much money trying to find a foundation that covers my eczema to no avail. With this product, it only takes tiny amount. My face is smoother and more radiant. Very nice product!

I ordered the product an received it within a week. The foundation was ok but they sent me concealer an setting powder 2 shades darker than me. I called to cancel the subscription the agent stated being the product hadn't shipped I would no longer receive any product an I was done with it. Well I go to check my mail an what do you know I have a bill from it cosmetics, I called an asked why an they said because they mailed me a second shipment but I had called an removed the credit card off my file lol like really believe I was pissed they told me the subscription had never been canceled an in order to refund my money I had to return the product, product I don't have smh other than that I'm out 161 dollars because I've been billed till march. Worse customer service ever an the product isn't that exciting for 161 dollars honestly it says it targets redness an neverdid it cover up any redness on me!

I travel for a living and sometime have to resort to online ordering to get anything done. Being a single mom, I don't have much time. I tried IT as a recommendation from a friend, what it doesn't tell you is "tryitnow" is not it.com... and they are scam artists that hide behind poor communication and NO clear communication. I thought I was ordering a one time trial for $49.95... It not only sent me the wrong color but they then charged me 3 payments of $49.95. Because I can only review my accounts when there is time... it took the 4th CHARGE of $53.94 to alert me to the issue. I had called and was just repeated to over and over that its "CLEAR" when you buy it on line what the payments are and the color CANNOT have been wrong because they don't make mistakes. I am glow in the dark white, they sent me medium... I have never been anything above light in my life. By sure ok I somehow not only missed that its $150 and they will keep billing and sending me the wrong product, but ordered a color I can never put on... yeah no. When I call "customer services" I use that term sparingly, he refused to let me speak to a manager, had no interest in retaining me as a customer, and eventually HUNG UP ON ME! I am beyond done with online scams... BUYER BE WARE!

IT cosmetics are top shelf, you get what you pay for!
Information about the package and the NEXT order you receive, including prices are clearly stated.
If you are going to order on line, read EVERYTHING! There is no SCAM going on with company.

I tried It Cosmetics because of good things a couple friends had told me about. I have very fair skin and have rosacea with some redness and blotchy spots. So if this would cover it easily I am all IN. I am very pleased with the result and it did a great job covering the red areas and evening out my skin. They talk about it looking "Flawless" and that is what mine now does. Plus the moisturizer and SPF 50 is so nice and my face is soft again.

I'm on the auto ship program and you choose how many items you want sent out. I received another lip stain which I already had and a mascara which I wanted to return. The customer service person was very nice. She spent time asking what I would like to try and she shared a lot of product information which helped in my choices. She sent out two products for me to try (free) and I will be returning two items and getting credit for those.

I'm sorry to hear others have not liked the product or it didn't give you the coverage you wanted. Call them, ask about others that could give you different coverage.
There are different "foundations" to try. I use the "Bye Bye Foundation Full Coverage Moisturizer" and the concealer for under the eyes, which you could use other places too.
I'm looking forward to trying new products in this line! * * * * * +

WHAT THE PEOPLE THAT U ORDERED FROM DO! I HAD THIS HAPPEN 2 ME. THE COMPANY WAS A MAKE UP. I ORDERED A TRIAL ALSO. THE COMPANY HELD THE ORDER UP TILL ONE DAY PASSED THE TIME IT WAS 2 B CANCELLED. U BETTER believe ME. I CALLED & RAISED THEIR ROOF@ LEAST 6" WHEN I TOLD THEM I KNEW WHAT THEY HAD DONE. I DO THIS NOW WHEN MY ORDER IS LATE. THEY SEND ME A RETURN LABLE & TO GET ME OFF OF FACEBOOK THEY LET ME KEEP OR CANCEL or RETURN ITEM. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN with this company.

I dont think that the product is as good as the say on tv it doesnt do any better than the cheapest that you can get at any big box store. And theprice is really over priced. I didnt order anything andthey shipped me 119.00. I will tell everyone that i talked to not to sign up and another thing thefirst order i got the foundtion was only the size of a sample carolyn rieger

Apparently they have hacked my account information I have never heard of them and I am a man but they have hit my account twice in 3 weeks for $93.99.

I also fell for the tryitnow.com infomercial. I also had charges billed to my credit card, before the 30 days were up (I was supposed to have 30 days to cancel, shipment #2 went out about 2 wks after receiving the trial.) I should've read the reviews online first, but I didn't. I read them right before I was going to call the company and cancel all future shipments/charges. I decided to call my credit card company, explain the situation, and they did a three-way call with the company & I told them repeatedly that I want to cancel my membership & I refuse all future shipments/charges. They tried to offer me a discount, used the usual tactics to try to keep charging me, I kept repeating no, no, no, not interested. They said my second shipment had already gone out, so I would need to return it before I could receive a refund of the first payment. I stated I understood, I asked the CSR (who did not speak very good English) to send me a return shipping label. I was put on hold repeatedly throughout this process, when I asked the CSR her name, she didn't say it first. I could hear someone in the background telling her what to say. It was all very shady. Took about a 45-minute phone call to complete the cancellation, but when I hung up, my credit card company had recorded the entire conversation, where I repeatedly stated I no longer wish to be a member, no longer wish to receive shipments, and no longer authorize charges, & reminded her that the call was being recorded by my cc co. In the end, she gave me her name, a cancellation confirmation number, & I'm awaiting an email confirming the cancellation. I remain hopeful that this will work, since cc company is aware of the whole thing. We'll see.
