The degree of assistance is outstanding! Any questions you may have regarding package consolidation, shipping, or packing are always welcome to their help.Their help allowed A to build many ships without any issues at all.My questions and requests were handled politely and promptly by customer service.
I had a package shipped to them to be forwarded, for over two weeks I received almost no response from them. When they finally got back to me they wanted 1500 euro to ship my package! They took so long to get back to me I was not able to send this package for a refund. They dont respond to Emails or phone calls. I dont know if this is a scam to steal people packages or they are simply going out of business, but I personally lost 850 euro...
Very professional and patient customer service by email. Because of the box size is too big and shipping fees increased too much, MyGermany company tried their best to reduce the box size smaller and ship my bicycle to Canada.
Prompt handling of package shipment to the US. Johanna and her team were quite helpful when some customs issues arose with UPS -- issues that were resolved and the package arrived fine with a minor delay.

I started using MyGermany.com after sending them e-mails on what they allow and what not, price related e-mails etc.
I've got satisfying answers and so i signed with them, i've sent my packages to them, consolidated and got 20 EUR Shipping with DHL Express for a Vape, Vaporizer and some Wraps, which was the minimum.
I paid shipping late Wednesday, the day next it was shipped and got my things by Friday.
I was not able to use an Economy line as i had items with lithium batteries in, if you're planning to order one containing lithium batteries, keep in mind that!
Their support is overall fast and i can truly recommend them, i'm sending many items to them =)

Thanks for your fast great job in this very hard time over the world(covid 2019) I got my lovely parcel today and really appreciate that all of you guys still keep the fantastic repack of the stuff. It was so lucky and surprised that all of you guys put one plastic bag in but it still came over everywhere. However, I would like to suggest you the wrap some cling film on the bottle ( back lip on) of the liquid and pack with the plastic bag in. Big thanks for the super great job finally.
So I decided to try using mygermany to ship my purchases beccause of the good reviews they get online, as it turns out, their positive online reviews are mostly fake or paid reviewers. They pay a lot of money for online marketers to boost up their ratings and make them look good. I sent my purchases over to them hoping they would forward them to my address as promised, but it turn out, after I had become their customer, they stop communicating and never replies to my emails, exactly like the other reviewers said. They only replied to my email before I sign up to be their customer, just to lure me in. Now I have lost thousands of dollars worth of electronic products and they are not responding to my emails for the last 1 month, just disappear. I am writing this review to warn others not to fall into the same scam like me.

I ordered my books for my law classes through amazon. A contractor lost the shipment, and AMAZON said, "Sorry!" My local carrier found my books by retracing the contractor steps. I want the management to know that I appreciate his efforts and commitment to customer service.

I used Concierge and VAT refund for Switzerland and I am deeply impressed how easy it is. Seamless communication and fast delivery. I can recommend myGermany, although it is not the cheapest, they are reliable and have great service.
Make mistakes and make the customer pay them. I had to pay 160 euros for sending the parcel which came back to them due to the wrong sending. Before sending we discussed right variant but they forgot about it.

Great service! Sent a huge pack of tabletop games to Russia and everything got to me in perfect condition. Staff was extremely helpful and quick to reply - they helped me split my order into two packages. And also helped me track my package when our post mistakenly swapped tracking nubmers. Prices are also right and you can calculate them beforehead, so no surprises here.
The site itself is a bit outdated and can get glitchy, but you can always sort it out by contacting the staff.
Will definitely use again!
Coolest company, super fast, reliable - CEO is a Wizard like Merlin or Gandalf, the dude from awesome movie series. It's just not New Zealand (they really made the movies there) it's Germany. And with MyGermany it will be your Germany and then you rock.
I love myGermany. Besides of forwarding my package to my house it is also doing the shopping for me for a small fee. I just tell them what I want and the do the rest. And for christmas they added some jummy german chocolate to the parce:-)

I am a fairly new client of MyGermany and has had 2 packages sent to Australia and so far I found that their services were satisfactory. Very straightforward registration process, with quick and easy communication with their customer service rep. I have yet to try their assisted purchase service nor their consolidated packages service although I definitely trust this parcel forwarding company especially during COVID19 season.

Great service! My items arrived fast and very well packed, top notch support over email with Johanna, she anwer really fast and always is aware not only of the email, but also in the process to solve issues (I had a problem paying the insurance of the shipment and when she realized that I have paid it but the order was not sended with the insurance, she inmmediatly took over the and added the insurance manually).
Deffinetely I will continue using myGermany in future.

I used MyGermany when a supplier wouldn't deliver to Poland. I ordered the product to MyGermany and arranged for them to be shipped to me. The process was quick and easy.
The only time (so far) I have used them was in the middle of the Covid situation, so although I found things a bit slow and communication a bit drawn out, I guess that is understandable. I will have to use them again under more normal circumstances. But the important thing is that I received my products safe and sound. I was a little nervous, especially after seeing some less favourable reviews, but I have no complaints.
