I have been using MyGermany since 2022 and they have been a life saver. I love the clothes from this one company that only ship within Germany so being able to use them to get items I buy form the company in question is great. The service is quick, I can always get a reply on a query and the shipping options are really reasonable. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to get items shipped from Germany based companies that do not currently ship to the U.K.

I'm very worried because MyGermany holding my package pSD******* without any reason, I paid for shipping one week ago, 82,58€ and uploading here picture of payment to prove my true experience with them

They opened my package, and now they don't ship it to me, they just keep my expensive items
They receiving my emails and messages, but they decided to completely ignore me and my questions
I actually don't know what to think, or what to do, I'm very nervous, I don't understand, why they just don't reply 😰

I have had mixed experiences in the past years. The MyGermany team managed several packages without any issues. Now, they have crushed the good image. I have ordered a phone. It has arrived at MyGermany. I have paid a high amount for the shipping. They shipped it by FedEx, and several days later, the courier handed over an empty box to me. I complained about the issue at MyGermany and my local FedEx office, where they told me that MyGermany should send an official complaint. I offered all the necessary information to them. Nothing happened for weeks. I inquired to get an update. No reply from MyGermany. I got the feeling that the phone was stolen at MyGermany, and it would be against the business to investigate, or they would know it. I will probably initiate a legal process to settle the issue, and I will request help from FedEx since it is also about their reputation. I'm sorry to experience this from a good service provider.

Habe ein Paket aus Germany bestellt. Ich wollte eine aussergewöhnliche Tonie Box nur auf Englisch für meine Tochter. Im Voraus habe ich auch geprüft nach Versand und Zollkosten etc. Alles lief problemlos ab. Ich konnte den Status nachverfolgen und bekam die Rechnungen über Versandkosten direkt von myGermany.com. Die Zollrechnung hat mir DHL dann per Mail gesendet, welche ich sogar erst nach Erhalt der Ware bezahlen musste. Die Versand und Zollkosten waren etwas mehr als die Hälfte (99.05 statt 178 USD). Nutze der Service gerne wieder!

I procured a shipping service inclusive of insurance from MyGermany.com for the transit of my goods from Germany to the USA. Upon delivery, the goods were found to be damaged and rendered unusable. I promptly reached out to the company to initiate the insurance claim process and seek reimbursement. However, despite my initial contact on March 19th, I have yet to receive a response to my emails.

Top Service und günstigere Versandoptionen (Stand: Februar 2023) als bei shipito.com! Zoll ist etwas teurer als erwartet. Ich bekam mein Paket mit DHL Express, und die berechnen für den Verzollungsservice 18€ + zusätzliche Gebühren, welche zur Einfuhrumsatzsteuer noch oben drauf kommen. Damit muss man leider rechnen. Ansonsten top!

I lived in Munich for 12 years, but now I'm back home in Thailand. I've been using my Germany for a year now (3-4 shipments so far) to buy things from Germany. The experience was a breeze. The price is reasonable. I recommend this company.

They have provided me with excellent service over the past few years. All of the things have been beautifully packaged and there have never been any lost or stolen items. I have been using them for a few years. I even occasionally succeeded in clarifying things through email or chat, and each time I got a helpful response that solved the issue. Bringing all my belongings from Germany to Malaysia was made much easier by Johanna.

My experience have been extremely disappointing. I have placed multiple Concierge Orders from Jan 2024 and I have only received 1. The rest of the orders are not even placed and I'm asking for a refund and they are not even replying after countless emails!

I never experienced such a terrible customer service like this before. I even signed up for premium membership!

I read a lot of bad reviews AFTER I placed my order. As you can imagine, I was worried about getting my package on time or at all. However, I was very pleasantly impressed, I had no problems at all, I followed the instructions given which were simple and straightforward (including uploading my invoice and credit card verification), selected my shipping provider and received my order within a reasonable time. In fact I believe the delivery from the German company to myus.com warehouse took longer than from myGermany.com to me in the UK. I chose the option to have myus.com settle my duties and taxes upon delivery, which also saves me that hassle. Overall I'm really satisfied.

Though I do have a question, the service was amazing. Understandably, since I unintentionally forgot the suite number and the shipper declined to add it when I asked, one of my packages wasn't logged into my suite.
It arrived yesterday. Could you please tell me the steps I need to take to get my package delivered to my suite? Thank you.

You work with other companies. The difference is that the myGermany company responds quickly and the prices are very reasonable compared to the prices of other companies. Interface has minor problems with the seller (the sender of the package), but the myGermany staff quickly took care of the matter. I would like to thank all of the company's employees. Safe and Trustworthy: I have used the services many times, I am very satisfied with the German suite, there are no complications like other companies that can keep your account or items.
They also have live chat support which is great. The only thing that needs improvement is the facility as they are a bit slow and don't offer the same things as the US suite, such as photos. Safe and great company, recommended.

My initial experience with this company in shipping a highly valuable package overseas was flawless, and it has remained so for a year. While the delivery timings may not always be exact, they consistently prioritize ensuring that every item arrives intact, which is the most critical aspect of a delivery service for me.

Better is still possible. I have ordered items from Amazon Germany and waited for 3 weeks instead of four business days (to US). It definitely spoiled the whole shopping experience. Nevertheless, it arrived in one piece and everything else was explained well form the myGermany team.
