The degree of assistance is outstanding! Any questions you may have regarding package consolidation, shipping, or packing are always welcome to their help.Their help allowed A to build many ships without any issues at all.My questions and requests were handled politely and promptly by customer service.
I had a package shipped to them to be forwarded, for over two weeks I received almost no response from them. When they finally got back to me they wanted 1500 euro to ship my package! They took so long to get back to me I was not able to send this package for a refund. They dont respond to Emails or phone calls. I dont know if this is a scam to steal people packages or they are simply going out of business, but I personally lost 850 euro...
The service attitude is very good, the items are processed very fast, super recommended, help us get a very favorable shipping price, super recommended

The worst experience ever!
After booking an express service... NOTHING HAPPENING for SEVERAL DAYS!
Ignoring your emails, calls, no response whatsoever.
There's many other proper services, use anything else, just not this one.
I really wanted an item that the original German seller would not ship to US. Desperate wanting the item, I looked for a company in Germany that would ship to US without too much of a hassle. MyGermany had good reviews and while email was a little slow (COVID19 and different time zones) the responses from their customer service gave me peace of mind that it was safe to order.
I used the concierge service so that all I had to do was give them the link, I pay and they take care of the rest for a small fee. I like that they take pictures of the item before you pay for shipping to its final destination. Shipping from the Seller to the My Germany warehouse and from My Germany warehouse to my door steps was quick. However the processing part done at the My Germany warehouse once they have your item on hand, did take over a week before they do anything to it. I'd imagine they get tons of products and have minimal staff to meet demands; therefor I understand the delay.
That said it did take a total of 3 weeks to from first Paying the item to getting it at my door steps. It arrived un-damaged to the U.S. and very happy I chose MyGermany.
Professional service and easy to use and very helpfull. I do recommend the services from MyGermany based on my own experience. I found the service a little expensive.
It works out! They are nice and want to improve. I love it!
I have forwarded tehnical items to Singapore and received my items well protected. Great service over the past 2 years. Hope the crisis will be over soon and wich MyGermany health and stamina!

Update 20/03/2024:
Per Chris's reply all issues have now been resolved as there was a misunderstanding as to what constituted a dangerous good. I have been assured by myGermany reps/management that they are working to correct this.
Therefore i am re-amending to 5 stars. All previously posted complaints were resolved when raised to management who to their credit apologised and expediently corrected for the mix-up. 2 weeks ago I received the consolidated shipment containing many individual parcels in perfect condition. Shipped via DHL Economy and received in 10 days which is quite fast for Germany to Australia. I was initially reluctant to restore the original 5 stars due to the copious back and forth emails but have done so for this review. Overall myGermany have proven to be a solid and good company that do deliver in the end. After 4 shipments I always receive everything in perfect condition and they do take customer complaints seriously.
Update 24/01/24:
Unfortunately more issues experienced recently with myGermany and therefore i am downgrading my initial review of 5 stars down to 3 stars. They appear unwilling to fix the issues and instead we are now engaged in a merry go round of back and forth emails. It is frustrating that every time I engage them to ship there are issues. Would have liked at least one smooth experience without overcharging on freight, declaring incorrect weight of goods etc. Will update review pending resolution. Fingers crossed that i don't have to downgrade to 1 star.

Issues (all resolved expediently and professionally):
- incorrect package weight calculation on receipt at warehouse which was corrected quickly
-some issues with communications in shipping freight costs but ultimately received the goods (expensive!) in excellent condition in the timeframe specified.
Deserved 5 stars as they generally go above and beyond.

Dangerous Good (DG) Items in the air are quite difficult. You were about to send lighters, which might be treated as DG as they are under pressure even with gas. We mark these things in your account and check the options (not every carrier can ship in each country such DG items). Pros:
1. Keep follow up for my any question and requirement.
2. article delivery condition is good. Delivery cost is reasonable, good choice for the international shipment.
3. because i chosen the drop shipment, so the article was sent out very fast. Item received by Mygermany at 25th-Aug, i did the payment at 26th, the express pick up item at 27th.
4. refund the delivery cost (drop shipment with discount) and can help to return my article for free with a reasonable reason.
5. customer service with a very good attitude, special thanks for Johanna's help.
Cons:
1. Customer service reply is not very fast, normally got reply for one working day. But it's still acceptable because that Covin 19 situation is worse in the world, they already put more effort on the work.
2. system is not auto make the discount on the delivery cost, for the system need to improve, but they refund to me immediately.
So the cons is acceptable for me and i recommend this website for the international delivery from Germany.

I purchased a beautiful chefs knife in Germany from a shop that couldn't ship to Australia where I live
My American forwarding Company that I used regularly had a warehouse in Austria for all European countries
Going through check out there the prices were ridiculous, so after extensive research, I decided upon myGermany where the prices, services and reviews were the best
I joined up, got my knife shipped there instead of the one in Austria
Went through check out and was shocked at the increase in price to what I forecasted by their calculator! Wow not again I thought!
I just paid the high price and being very annoyed and disgruntled I wrote a letter of complaint to myGermany
A very prompt email was returned from Chris the CEO
It was hands down "the best", a most genuine, honest and sincere apology I have "ever" received or read anywhere in the world!
All it was, was a clerical error in their system and the low acceptable price I had forecasted was indeed correct
And that they open parcels when receiving them to condense them down so you pay less!
Seriously who does that!

I have commissioned MyGermany to purchase 3 items (PC speakers) from German ebay website on my behalf. The service has been commissioned through 2 orders on Friday, May 15th & Monday 18th and paid immediately using PayPal. I got a receipt from PayPal, my bank and from MyGermany that the payment has been processed. After several days of not getting any update regarding this purchases, I contacted MyGermany to ask them if the purchase has been placed. I got an answer that the payment from my PayPal to MyGermany is still pending (although I got a receipt from both PayPal and MyGermany that the payment has been processed.). After sending proof about payment, I haven't received any answer from them.
Because of such a poor responsiveness, all three items I was interested in have been sold and are not available anymore.
From other customers recent reviews on Internet, I can see that my case in not the first time MyGermany falsely blames PayPal for its own lack of capacity and poor responsiveness - which is not very good for PayPal.

Thus, we cannot do so. The return shipment fees are charged by the carriers and passed on to you. We need to pay the carrier and as you added a prohibited address, we cannot claim back the fee. So we need to charge you.

Jozek Sraka is a model and singer, he suggested to change his review when we provide 50% discount and remove the 20EUR fee. We did so (myGermany paid on your behalf). But nothing happened. We hope you will be treated by your fans like you have done with us. Your are wrong, arrogant and selfish! And you are lying - you having involved police is absolutely bull$#*!. Police stated you shall not contact them with that irrelevant case.
