The degree of assistance is outstanding! Any questions you may have regarding package consolidation, shipping, or packing are always welcome to their help.Their help allowed A to build many ships without any issues at all.My questions and requests were handled politely and promptly by customer service.
I have had mixed experiences in the past years. The MyGermany team managed several packages without any issues. Now, they have crushed the good image. I have ordered a phone. It has arrived at MyGermany. I have paid a high amount for the shipping. They shipped it by FedEx, and several days later, the courier handed over an empty box to me. I complained about the issue at MyGermany and my local FedEx office, where they told me that MyGermany should send an official complaint. I offered all the necessary information to them. Nothing happened for weeks. I inquired to get an update. No reply from MyGermany. I got the feeling that the phone was stolen at MyGermany, and it would be against the business to investigate, or they would know it. I will probably initiate a legal process to settle the issue, and I will request help from FedEx since it is also about their reputation. I'm sorry to experience this from a good service provider.
Very satisfied with myGermany, can highly recommend them and would definitely use myGermany again. They arranged our shipment of some white goods from Germany to Singapore and all went very smoothly. Stuff is very professional, highly experience and super-responsive and helpful. Fantastic customer experience in times when many companies compromise service for profits...

I have now completed my second order to Germany, this time via myGermany.com. I have to say, all in all I'm very satisfied. My first order was through a competitor Shipito. I have to admit that my items arrived quicker and for about the same price, even though I had to ship them from Bath and Body Works to process my sanitizer donations since shipping would now have cost me an additional $90. I didn't have any here at myGermany.com such problems, it only cost me $20 in additional hazmat charges.
With Shipito I chose the option of completing customs clearance directly on my doorstep and had to hand over customs and import sales tax to the parcel carrier. At myGermany.com I have now decided to have FedEx handle my customs clearance and all tax payments immediately, so I can have them paid in advance immediately upon shipping to myGermany.com. This went just as smoothly and I received my package without handing over any cash to the delivery person. The only negative thing about this shipment was that my package was stuck in customs for a week due to an incorrectly declared item. Added to this was the Easter holidays, so I had to wait longer than expected for my package. All in all, I would choose both options again. For once or twice a year it is tolerable, considering the cost it is definitely not cheap, but that should be clear to anyone who decides to order from Germany with import.
Using the service of MyGermany was easy to setup. I also appreciate their support when we experienced an issue with the delivery of our goods from Germany to Ireland. Dora from MyGermany stepped in and contacted the courier after I complained about a delay without any correct updates. Her call helped to get the delivery done. Thanks again.
I have had Mygermany consolidate and forward over 200 items for me over the past two years. The service has been outstanding. The very rare times that there have been issues with my orders, such as a merchant sending the wrong product to their warehouse, they have been extremely helpful in resolving the issue. I highly recommend them.
Its been third years i use they service, they have been handling hundreds of my little package from various places around germany for years. Like all, theres not always great service, sometimes it got miss communication and some problem, but they have solve this in good way (even sometimes need to send them 4-5 eMail), but they do solve the complaint perfectly.
Based on my experience they have been better a lot than first time i use they service, hope they read this keep up this good service in the future.

Best out there. Several of my holiday packages have gotten lost, I call it, go to the post office and they look up last place it went to and behold it is found. They are always on time, friendly and send a delivery notice.

Very thankful for the team at mygermany.com! They have helped me with several shipments and without them I would not have been able to purchase and receive these items in the US. Their process seems to be perfect and their communication is top notch - this I believe is the result from the company's excellent team members as they are always helpful and go the distance to make sure everything is perfect with my packages before they ship.
Please DO NOT use their service. My gucci jacket was swapped by them with a cheap valentino bag which mine was a drop shipment to begin with and they are not suppose to open my parcel in the first place. They are a very very dishonest company and will act blur all the way.

You will be delighted to use services of myGermany. I have saved thousands of euros over last 5 years by using their free re-packaging service. Variety of carrier choices also enable me to use lower cost carriers for bulky items. Over ranking ten out of ten.

I have a very bad experience with them, the first shipment turned out well, in a second the service was bad, since they left half of my order in their warehouse, even though it was their mistake they sent the other part of me by the cheapest means order that it takes 2 months to arrive in my country, after that I made a third shipment and because of the parcel they lost my order, but the service for help with customer service has been deficient, they have only written an email to the company of parcel service and they don't answer my emails with a solution proposal.

I ordered items that could not be delivered in Belgium. MyGermany received the package, checked the items (as an non compulsory option, to make sure that the order is as expected), then repackaged it and sent it to me. It took a small week, I am very satisfied with how professional it all was.

1st order, their website bugged and sent it to a wrong address.
It was cancelled but the shipping not refunded: how?
2nd order: stuck & confiscated by DHL (for no valid reason, they pretend my item was not authorized but I checked and it was): sorry we can't do anything.
Let's make a recap:
- 79€ for a cancelled order (which is illegal, based on customers rights)
- 209€ of parcel worth
- 109€ for the second shipping
=> 400€ lost.
They take your money but are "sorry they can't help", avoid at all costs.
Very good. Everything went more or less as expected in getting package to Ireland. Would have liked to be able to specify a delivery address at time of selecting dispatch but you need to have your address picked beforehand as I understand it. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the experience and would use them again. They also handle larger LCDs which some of their competitors don't and their website is well laid out and translated if you don't speak German.
Johanna was very responsive to my questions and my demands. There were delays due to the pandemic but I didn't mind that all since they were very hands-on with the way they handled things. I got my packages after a little over a week. Overall, it was a great experience. I'll continue to avail myself of their services.
I just used their services the first time. The service was excellent including: Packaging, delivery time and customer service.
The only surprise I had was that while the package was requested to be delivered by DHL it was transfer in Israel to the local Post company. It was a concern because Post IL is known for huge delays. But eventually the package arrived on time.
