Atrocious company!

Lost my parcel of £250, admitted to loosing it via email. No way of contacting them, dont reply to emails. I will take this as far as I can. Disgusted at how you could possibly think you could get away with it.

I seriously hate it when hermes delivers my parcel. They take ages in delivering and keep saying delivery attempted although they never attempt the delivery. Just a bunch of lying people employed here.

Failure to deliver

Yet again Hermes have failed to make a delivery. Again the same excuse. Sorry we are running late! Hermes speak for your not getting what you ordered. Why do sellers still use this so called delivery service?

Horrible experience. I bought a pair of $700 hermes sandals for my wife for Christmas. She literally tried them on in the bedroom and immediately noticed they were too small so she took them off and we returned the pair. A month later Hermes contacted me stating that they will not issue a refund because the sandals were not in their original condition. Complete BS and fraudulent and I will never ever ever purchase Hermes products and suggest you avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other high value/class options out there with much better customer service.

Dreadful
September 15, 2022

AVOID. They have changed their name but the service is still unbelievably bad. Every time I have had a package "delivered" from them there are problems - packages getting lost, not delivered when it said delivered, lied about status etc. It is also literally impossible to speak to someone about a missing order or properly complain. I can't believe they are still in business.

Complaint not able to talk to someone

Not a good company pay next day delivery and dont receive the item. Cant contact them as dont give you options as press to start chat but your not talking to anyone. This is bad customer service as dont make it easy to talk to someone and make a complaint. It human rights we can make a complaint. They should learn from complaint as that part of good customer service and principles.
It seems this service does not care about it customer

"Everi parcel not delivered"

"Father Christmas won't bring you everything, Hermes Won't bring you anything."

Yes these are the slogans for Hermes. The can deliver won't deliver attitude is apparent and with so many 1 star reviews you really can see the ones that work for the company or are paid for by the company.

6 clustered houses yet they couldn't find my home! I have Amazon deliveries every day and get all but on the odd occasion when someone idiot uses Hermes it can never be delivered.

The reason is so that the company can then charge you, yes, you the unsuspecting customer an extra fee. Baring in mind they have already been paid to deliver your parcel! SCAM ARTISTS‼

They delivered my parcel worth £90 to a wrong address and that's how I lost it. Their customer care can only be contacted via chatting. I chatted them several times, but each time they will promise to resolve the issue, but it's 4 years now they couldn't resolve it. Unreliable customer care services!

They deserve ZERO star!

Missing parcel

Waiting for a delivery from Pets at Home ordered in the 18 December, unable to contact Evri IMPOSSIBLE to do so. Reason was unable to deliver due to bad weather, it was raining. Still not delivered so my poor dog is hungry and I'm having to feed her my meat. Usually good service but will avoid them if possible. Where is my parcel

Drivers lie about where they deliver. I was in all day. Got message and photo to show delivered. Photo of piece of grass, could be anywhere. We are on a beach! No sign of package. Valuable irreplaceable contents. Hermes could not care less.

I ordered some coffee beans from Amazon. Never received them. It says it is delivered and that I signed for it while I am working aboard for a few days and my husband is at home nothing has been delivered. Can't reach customer service they don't have one you can't speak to a human. Awful. Second time this is happening in 6 months worst company ever how do they still exist it is terrible

Worst of the worst

The worst courier company that can ever exist on the planet. Unreliable and unorganised company. There is no human customer service! What kind of company is this? I am disgusted by them as I lost track on how many times my parcel has not been delivered because of them, they "attempted" to deliver and then the parcel got lost in transit, could not find my address and so on. Really? Are we that stupid? Stop the lies and do your job!
How many people have to leave bad reviews for this company to be dissolved?

I booked a delivery to Europe and pick up from my home, Hermes didn't bother picking it up or revising me at all. I rang and arranged a further day to waste my time staying in all day. Again never picked up, so I dropped at drop off point and received a receipt.
5 days later Hermes came to collect it and then marked my account "no longer required", now my account shows only that and no tracking. Trying to contact Hermes is a waste of time.
Find another provider. Hermes = too big to care

Not telling the truth

The driver said that he came to my house at 16:35 which was not truth. I had been waiting outside for the important order and the driver used the same yesterday photo when I missed my order.

Delivery delayed by an undetermined amount of time and no reason given. I was promised Friday delivery, and so ordered specifically to receive a guitar and amplifier for a gig tonight. Now I don't even know if I'll receive it this weekend at all. Impossible to even speak to a real person. Absolutely avoid these useless charlatans.

When I opened my parcel the John Lewis box was ripped open and shoved into a blue Hermes bag. Some of the contents are missing and the paperwork has been removed, l have emailed Hermes sending supporting pictures and they just ignore me. They have chosen to ignore their abhorrent failings. So I now have to pursue this via John Lewis.
