Everything went wrong - Hermes lost my parcel and despite my trying to contact them every day, you cannot get to speak to a real person. Anything other than a basic query the A. I. just does not help.

HERMES = The WORST delivery company
They took over a week to delivery a parcel for me, driver updated delivered and wasn't.
Added a black picture saying was delivery which he steal the parcel and open.
After a open a complain on the worst website Hermes which I talk to a Robot the finally found and managed to redelivery on Sunday which is really weird.
Worst company in UK, can't talk to anyone, really bad reviews and some drivers steal your parcel!
I waited in front 8am until 8pm for an arranged collection of parcels. They did not arrive and then sent me an email at 8.50pm saying that I was not in which was a completely untrue. I have had issues with them before. I informed the company where the parcels were going about Hermes inefficient service.
They are unreliable and worse still tell lies.
Reasons NOT to use Hermes/evri.
If you want your delivery lost, not delivered, sent back or not even attempted then use this so called courier.
If you want to talk to or complain this is a waste of time as it nearly impossible, the only way I found to talk to someone was to say I wanted to use them for a delivery and I managed to talk to a human but when I said I wanted to complain I was cut off.
USE a different courier, you get what you pay for.
Who ever runs this company does not have a clue about customer service. You can not talk to anyone about your complaints. If you want to keep your sanity and actually receive your parcels DO NOT USETHIS COMPANY.
My parcel was supposed to be here 4 days ago and it's still not been dispatched. I have rang the only number they have and it is a robot voice asking me for my tracking number. When I tell them they say it wrong and make you repeat it over and over again until you put the phone down. I contacted them through their online chat and it's a robot again. Basically telling me my parcel hasnt been dispatched and I need to wait. How discusting is this service. You can't even speak to a real person just a robot that fobs you off
Delayed delivery that had a deadline. Arrived and deadline missed. Site said accident caused delay. No way to contact Hermes with any urgency. Utter rubbish courier
Dropped off parcel on 8th November. I paid extra for next day delivery. It was not collected by Hermes until the evening of the next day (9th) and since then I have no idea where my parcel is. One item in parcel was my grandson's favourite soft toy. Have phoned Hermes several times to no avail, each time waiting for over three quarters of an hour before the call was picked up. Ending up sending an official complaint on 18th November. Reply: Complaint form has been received and the complaint will be assessed within 28 days. Today, 10th December, I still have heard nothing. Appalling service and lack of information from Hermes.
My driver knocked my door and ran of with my parcel this happend lot of times and also broke my parcel and my lights smashed the lady who works with u is a theif
I got an email saying this would be delivered on the 13 August. It finally arrived on the 17th August. I was supposed to go on hols in the camper on the 14th Aug but had to wait for the part you were supposed to deliver on the 13th Aug. Crap service, Crap company!
Hermes is company of theives, very easy yours parcel will be lost and they email you sorry we couldn't locate yours parcel, this is claim form but it takes 28 days, no phone only email, refund not important if you send a very important content,, don't use them. It is 2nd time we lost parcel ones my daughter adress cost £200, and me content cost lots of money. Punch of thirves company.
Really bad - just google search them to see the horrendous reviews on non delivery by self employed drivers.
The only good thing about them is they are cheap - other than that use with caution
So frustrating. I can see the have my parcel. Because the sender wrote '8' instead of '9' as my house address, it is apparently lost forever. No communication from them, or help.
I made a order with Amazon, the company uses Hermes for delivery, 1st of June I received message from amazon that I missed the delivery, it showed my driveway wasn't accessible while I don't have driveway, while I was reading this message I received another message saying I missed the delivery again, I was standing by my window while I received the message but didn't see anyone at my door. I called Amazon and explained to them, Amazon rearranged my delivery. A while ago i heard the door bell, it was my neighbour handing me my parcel, the ediot I was watching him getting in his van, didn't bother ringing my door bell. The company should go, they are useless. I don't know how many are missing there parcel, luckily I had good neighbour. The company is terrible and useless. Please avoid.

Still waiting for next day delivery 6 days later?! No updates, no calls, no reply to emails, no chat staff, no call center? What to do? Waiting for parcel 6 days after it was ment to be delivered... no contact for Hermes and they don't reply to enquiries... basically just please themselves when they'll deliver... I paid for next day delivery. Their app says they are having trouble finding our property... funny they delivered another parcel 2 days prior and get delivery from them at least once a week... lying through their teeth again... we are the only Hotel in this tiny Scottish village... how can you say you can't find our Hotel in a one street village when you already delivered here multiple time (by multiple I'm talking about 100's of time)? Shocking customer service... shocking contact centre. This company are genuinly prepared better at sweeping customers under the carpet as they are at logistic and that is a proven fact in our area! Everyone says the same in our shire... Thanks again for wasting our time and our customers... you always meet expectations and perhaps it is time for at least a little improvement on delivery and customer experience and services.
I have now had EIGHT items that have been destroyed or lost, some have been over £100.00 and I have not got one Penny in compensation, there is no Customer care and no way of getting your money back through a compensation, spent hours waiting in a phone line but never got to speak to a person, I am not the only one who has suffered, I beg you PLEASE do not use this unless company I will never use again. Awful experience
Avoid at all costs, they employ thieves and don't seem to care about reports of theft, won't pay compensation and ignore every attempt I make to try and contact them.
My Hermes delivery driver is amazing! So polite and professional. Since he has been delivering my parcels I receive them in time and in damaged! Basingstoke area. Well done Gorav.
Pathetic company - Avoid
I have been using Hemres for over 5 years for my ebay perosnal sells. Recently, they damaged 3 of my parcels. One which had toy was found in pieces, another toy parcel was stolen by driver. After chasing him for days he delivered it in another bin bag but with lots of toys missing from it. Third parcel had camvas wardrobe and driver broke all tubes of even that. After submitting claims several time for 2 month Hermes replied that my parcels were low value so they wont compansate me.
Customer service is worse than pathetic. Takes forever to speak to someone and when they come on the phone they disconnect calls deliberately. One of the agent told me "write complaint to manager whats the point telling me anything, I aint gonna give you your money back." Another staff advised me "Hermes is full of **** with independant self employed drivers and I shouldnt use it. " Imagine their own staff advising you that.
Never ever going to use it again.
Hermes is by far the worst delivery company ever expected a parcel yesterday and the courier doesn't understand how an intercom system works seemingly he tried to deliver the parcel 3x yesterday but not once did he use the intercom to buzz my apartment I have been in all day I'm expecting another package on Friday with your stupid company nobody can get hold of anyone on the phone because your company is crap if I had known the companies I bought items from used hermes I would of never purchased the items in the first place hermes needs to be shut down and fined by the courts avoid hermes everyone make them go bust
Answer: Almost impossible. Telephoning the number on the website gets two options both of which refer you back to the web chat. Using webchat is just an endless loop - log on and watch it they deal with eight calls a minute until it is yur turn at which time you see why because you are cut off and the cycle starts again
Answer: Because MyHermes are the worst company out there for deliveries. They can't take calls, as they'd be overwhelmed.
