This place is an absolute scam. Whatever you do, do NOT shop here. I ordered two lipsticks in January and still have received nothing. They have sent me return emails beating around the bush on where it is and I have asked for a refund and they have not replied or given me one back. If I could give negative stars I would

Horrible customer service! Sent notification right away that the item had shipped. I was going away and need the item the following week. I contacted them after a week and no reply, and I asked them to cancel as item would not arrive in time. As soon as I tried to cancel they sent it the next morning. This company is a scam as it has another business name Mississauga Mart, which was the website I ordered from, but the charges went to my Makeup Brush Set. I think they operate under multiple business names because they have had many complaints under the Better Business Bureau under both Mississauga Mart and My Makeup Brush Set. I tried to get a refund for the item, but they said I had received it and they had already responded promptly to all of my correspondence, which is not true. I would avoid this company!

Never received what I paid for. I put my order in December 2019 and have emailed numerous times asking about the delay. Eventually I asked for a refund and this has now been ignored. This company is a scam! Save your money and trouble and shop elsewhere

I ordered some brushes on February 6th. Received an email that my order is shipped, however the tracking number says it hasn't even reached the carrier. Today is 18th of February, no one replying to my 5 or so sent emails. Phone number is out of service. So it's a fraud! NEVER BUY FROM THEM

5 in 1 intended to be Christmas gift for daughter. Ordered in November. While we did receive December 23rd, was not provided a working tracking number. Finally deciphered and used a 3rd party to track.

Christmas - device DOES NOT work. Think they respond to a request about exchanging or returning? You guessed it, NO!

Terrible customer service from onset to attempted exchange/return. Perhaps the WORST customer service we've ever experienced.

Ordered 1 Makeup brush cleaner and dryer bowl. 1 set of (3) silicone makeup applicators and 1 setting powder oval brush. All ordered 11/21/21. Received email stating order has been shipped on 11/22/21. It is 1/30/22 and I still have not received my product nor a refund. The company responded to two of my 6 emails saying that they are researching and please give them 1-2 business days to respond to my first 2 emails. THEN received an email asking if I was happy with mu purchase?! STILL no product AND no more responses. The phone number on their website is "not in service". Going to the BBB with an official complaint.

I orderd products on April 18 2020. Today is August 29 2020 and I still have not received my order. After numerous emails back and forth with the company asking where mg order is? The response that was given over and over was that it must have got lost is transit and another order was sent out. They stated I would have the tracking info in a couple day my order would arrive in approximately 10 days. I have asked for a refund and they refuse due to the order has been processed and shipped.

I ordered a curling iron and when I got it it was broken, so I returned it to the address on the site and they still have not paid me back my money. They don't respond to emails and the phone number does not work. Its a SCAM! Save your money DO NOT BUY from them!

My order is actually out for delivery now after 4 weeks of waiting wow. I really didn't think I'd receive it waiting this long. Awesome. I hope everyone else's come too

As a previous buyer I ordered in November 2018 and it didn't arrive in time for Xmas. I emailed and was responded to quite quickly, saying they would send out another. It didn't arrive so I sent at least 4 more emails asking for updates and finally for a refund but have yet to have a response.

At last the item arrived at the end of January with a bonus £11.96 customs charge I have to pay. Only £3.96 of this is actual customs the rest is a handling fee by Royal Mail. So why can't the company add the customs charge onto the purchase price so that customers know it's paid? All for a £17 present. I certainly won't be using them again.

I ordered products in November 2018 and have yet to receive them. My credit card was changed. I keep emailing customer services and consistently told they will put in another order and ship. I ordered hair curler in middle of January it never arrived... emailed them 4 times the first two replies they said my order was lost in transit and they would send another one... still waiting! I've emailed again and they said they will update me on status of my order... they never did... I've now requested a refund but I don't think they will refund me... I did pay via PayPal so might take it up with them... I think it's outrageous companies like this are trading. I do not recommend them at all... stay away from them they just take your money.
