My company ordered over $330 in customized M&M's. I own a wedding planning company and we purchased them to promote our company at a wedding expo. We realized half way through (by a potential customer) that they had a persons name on them (instead of our company name). The order was screwed up, but we were already at the expo and had no choice but to pass the rest out. VERY EMBARASSING. When i reached out to customer service and sent them a picture of their mistake, they offfered to send me ONE PACK since i could only send them ONE picture and continued to argue with me.
Absoluetly ridiculous. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, STAY AWAY AND DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!
Wrong picture sent on the candy,had 2 items in this order, one was correct one was not.Claimed they had to blow up the picture as it wasnt usable however no one contacted me to advise that.The picture i sent was a female, smiling, head tilted to the right, on the candy she was not smiling and head was straight. I was told I was wrong and there is no refund or returns!
Resealable strip tore when opening as it was glued together. Not at all happy. Cannot reseal package. Candy was good.
What happened to the peanut butter MM"s? The peanut butter leaves a gritty substance in your mouth they taste dry, and they shrank in size. The quality went way down. This will be my last time purchasing this product, I would rather pay more for a quality product than save on a bad quality product. Please correct your recipe this is not suitable for an M&M product.
They do not value customers. Cancelled my order. Made me pay extra to get it. WILL NEVER USE OR REOCMMEND THEM EVER AGAIN. SO DISAPPOINTING!
Horrible customer service. They give you the run around and then cancel your order with no reason given. Completely disappointed. Stay away from this website do not order from them if you can help it. Still waiting for the authorization hold of my funds to be released. Trash!
I received my order and the image on my custom M & Ms so disappointing. So don't be fooled by the cute technology that will generate the image of your custom M & Ms. It won't look anything like it.

Did you seriously think that no one would notice how horrible the chocolate is you use in your M & Ms are now?!? The chocolate doesn't even melt in your mouth. Don't lower your quality to save a few bucks. Will not be purchasing again.
Ordered from M n M's before... the champagne bottle with personalized M n' M's. Arrived in perfect condition, but it was winter time. Now its summer & I ordered more personalized M n M's as a gift, the Let's Celebrate white cardboard box with cutout champagne bottle. First shipment arrived damaged as did the second. Their shipping dept. is placing a gel ice pack at the bottom of a foam lined box, with M n M logo packing paper, both under and on top of the gift box. The gift box should have a plastic protective wrap around it, as the M n' M logo packing paper becomes moist from the ice pack, causing the pinkish/brown color to bleed onto the gift box. There is also a puckering of the cardboard gift box due to moisture from the ice pack as well. Sent pictures to customer service, they were very nice and apologetic. Receiving a full refund.
The first round they sent me a wrong order. After having difficulty contacting customer support, they sent me the correct order with 3 weeks delay.
To pick up the package I had to pay extra customs fees due to an error between MMs and the shipper.
In 9 months I still haven't been able to get a refund.

I ordered personalized m&m for my Birthday, more then half my order had broken pieces in each package, NOT HAPPY!
I placed an order on January 18th 2022, got an email the day it was supposed to be delivered stating that there are some words they were not comfortable printing, the email stated to reply via email if I wanted to proceed. I replied, received the email again the next day, replied, and got it again on a third day so I called. The first woman I spoke with hung up, the second woman told me that she would remove the text that they couldn't print and then continue to process my order. 8 days later, I receive a call asking if I want to process my order... this is the MOST unprofessional company to deal with! So much for the Valentine's Day gift
Ordered on 6/9/21 for a 7-10 day delivery, chased again on 13/9/21 to be told they would be with me by 20/9/21 at the latest. Called again 20/9/21 to be told that they would be another 10 days which is unacceptable as they were for an exhibition and we now have no time to order anything else! Not impressed, will see when the refund arrives too! The only thing I can say in their favour is that they did actually call back to give me the bad news!
I purchased two bags of M&M peanuts and one bag was completely full the other bag was mostly air in the bag. These bags are $1 now that is unacceptable!
I had boughton a bag of white chocolate m&ms and I I recieved a blue heart perfectly shaped in the bag. I am saving it. Thought it was cool.
I placed an order in May, 2021 which was scheduled for delivery in about a week and a half. My credit card was charged but the product never shipped. I made several calls to customer service and was assured that it would ship soon. After two months with no progress, I canceled the order. The charge was removed from my credit card and I could no longer view the order. It came up as an invalid order number. Fast forward 3 months. I get an email stating that my order has shipped and my credit card is charged. At this point the order has been canceled, yet they shipped it anyway. This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter. Three and a half months later, the outfit will never fit her and we have long since purchased an alternate gift. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, not to mention the fact that it is unethical to ship a canceled order. I will never purchase anything for them again.
The quality of the personalized M&M's is terrible. They were smeared and many were broken. They were to be sent in a graduation box, but came in a happy birthday box. After 9 emails, nothing was resolved because they never responded. They have absolutely no customer service. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never eat another M&M.
Never order personalized M&Ms. The printing does not always print and you miss information. It is either a blurry blob or missing part of the letters or numbers. Sometimes you even get one that is a completely different color and saying. I had a resilient and 23 of the 40 bags were broken and that doesn't include the misprints.
Answer: Lol, it's time for new contact lenses. I thought under topics it said Chocolate Party Favors, COLONWORKS, instead of Colorworks! Took me a few minutes and a bit of squinting to realize what it said.
