Not as user friendly as I hoped. A little confusing about how to import tips into different Job Descriptions on Resume. Also looking for ways to condense Resume and use past skills that apply to a position, which I do not have current experience.

You advertised free templates and then intentionally wait to the end after investment of a great deal of time and energy before you announce that there will be a charge. I would have preferred honesty and transparency. It would get you more customers than bait and switch.

Poor customer service. The two reps I spoke to could hardly understand or speak English. The resume I created and downloaded was not able to be reformatted through traditional means with standard word processing software. Rep would not cancel my account. Still charged me for a garbage template that isn't even usable. STAY AWAY from this site if you want to do any customization to your resume.

After about 5 different calls (And the company representative on here (Laura)), They finally refunded and canceled my account. This was terribly difficult. Laura replied attempting to help me with the situation, then after I told her about what happened, she just stopped replying. I would bump my review up to 1.5 stars if I could since the issue finally is resolved, but they definitely did NOT make it easy.

Do not use this service! Once they get your credit or debit card info you are doomed. I was billed 35.80 for months without notification. This company is very misleading with their terms of service. These lowlifes thrive on the fact that they can slide their exorbitant fees past you and make a killing before you notice. Is it legal... yes... is it ethical... HELL NO! The product is actually decent but not worth the money or headache that comes with giving these vultures your credit/debit info. I do not recommend this to anyone

The files I downloaded did not match the actual layout (neither. Docx nor. Pdf). I had to take the docx by the scruff of the neck and redo it with somewhat hidden formatting in google docs.
I gave two stars because the initial information entry system was good, and the template looked nice. HOWEVER, the actual product I download was largely useless. It'd be awesome if a simple screenshot would suffice... but I suppose that's the easy part to code.

The template is easy to use, but I wish the prices were better. I think if they did not charge so much after the 14 day trial period they would keep more people from canceling the services. The customer service agent was very pleasant and helped me to cancel my account.

Answer: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a very organized person who worked for the state that I reside in as an investigator. I had an injury and had to make a change in my career. I am very careful about getting pulled into scams, however, I felt that this would be a good opportunity to build a resume and cover letter that was more updated than when my original resume that I wrote years ago. First of all, the templates are not free. After spending a long period of time writing the perfect resume, I only had the option of spending $2.99 to have access to the resume/cover letter. I felt that was a reasonable fee for the use of the template. As I stated, I am very organized and manage my finances very well. I made sure that I went into my account and cancelled by subscription after 5 days of use so that I would not be charged the $29.99 for the month. Today, I checked my checking account and sure enough the $29.99 had been deducted. I immediately called customer service and they stated that my cancellation had not gone through and they had no notification of my cancellation. They were willing to give me back only $14.00 of my $29.99 back and then went on trying to sell me more offers. I was extremely angry and then spoke with a supervisor. He also argued that I had not cancelled. I went through the same steps to cancel my account while the supervisor was on the phone with me. Low and behold the cancellation went through! Obviously, this company has set up the cancellation process to fail and you will be charged the $29.00 anyway. I definitely learned my lesson! I had to threaten to have my attorney to get involved due to this company stealing money from my account before they agreed to reimburse my full $29.00. They could not give me a refund confirmation number for the remaining reimbursement. I as a Social Worker who advocate for people could not conscientiously could not write a review to warn people of this scam.
