I usually dont write reviews but based on all the negative reviews here I thought I would. I ordered my chain for my daughter for her birthday based on the website of Instagram. I loved the pictures etc. once I placed my order I was a little scared once the payment came though cause I never seen this type of payment before online. Didnt know what to expect. In conclusion the product showed up 2 weeks later and it was amazing! Im so happy! It was perfect! Looked so much like my duaghtrs puppy. Thank you to My Pets! Very satisfied customer. I will buy again.

I was worried these necklaces would never come after reading the reviews and I thought maybe I had been scammed, since I ordered them Dec 15th and hadn't heard anything in Jan. I got them 3 1/2 weeks after placing my order and they turned out just like I expected. They are are a great
Keepsake for my daughters to remember their dogs by and they both loved them. The only thing I do suggest is if you are ordering as a gift, order at least a month before, because they do take awhile to make, then mail out.

I ordered this necklace in November 2017. It is now the 16th of January. I sent them an email with no response. I had no idea this company was in China. I would have NOT ordered it otherwise. I've tracked them with the number I was sent and still nothing. Today I call the post office. Do not order from mypetsgift from Facebook. They charged me more than what the initial price was. I seen others that have done the same and not happy with their purchase and arrival time, if they did get it. Lousy service and not a good customer relations company. Boycott this place. I find it hard to believe that facebook is allowing them to advertise. I plan to put in a complaint there. I put my dog down on December 11th so this would have more meaning. If I ever get it. Scam artists the lot of them!

It's sad when a fake company tries to make money off of PET LOVERS. Especially those who have lost their pets and want a memory of them. WARNING: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. My pets. Gift. It is a scam. I am yet to receive my order. My son entered it in Scam advisor and it came up with so many complaints 0 trustworthy and a big red flag. When I checked my bank statement it says "GOLOVECLUB" I ordered a pet gift. I am yet to get refunded and now I am minus a personalized gift. Ordered necklace - barely worth $4 let alone $40. Piece of Chinese crap. I understand they operate under different names. DON'T order from any FB adds for making charms/necklaces of your pet.

Horrible. I had no clue the seller was from China but I ordered my mom a personalized bracelet of our beloved 19 year old cat who passed away at 19 years old. I ordered this WAY in advance so I knew I would get it for Christmas even though it was coming from China. Fast forward a week before Christmas. I emailed them and a few days before Christmas they said, "It's on it's way." Great. Fast forward after the New Year and I kindly write that since I did not get this Christmas gift before Christmas I no longer need it (my mom lives 1,000 miles from me), can I please get a refund. Two days later, "It's on it's way." Me."That's nice, but I needed it for Christmas. I ordered it a month and a half before Christmas. It is now 12 days AFTER the New Year. Please refund me my money or I need to dispute this with my bank." That night, their response, "It is on it's way. It's not our fault that Holiday mail is slow. We will not refund you your money. I hope you understand." Ridiculous! Called my bank and disputed the charge. WHY must I pay for an item I didn't get in time after ordering a month and a half before a Holiday? Let alone an item I NEVER got? Very unprofessional. Do not order from Mypets. Also, when I did buy this item... they charged me an extra few dollars or so then what I paid. I did not like this.

I purchased 2 necklaces, one for my wife, another for my daughter. They promised GUARANTEED delivery by 12/23. They even charged me separately for shipping. When they came -- in one package -- it was JANUARY 11! Merry Christmas to us!
I wrote to complain, and as for them to make things right. They offered another necklace or keychain -- IF I ORDERED ANOTHER ONE! Like there was any chance of me spending more money with these scammers!

I was really excited about getting a personalized bracelet for my boyfriend's mom for christmas. The design was on point, don't get me wrong, but the quality of it is sh! T... feels super, super cheap. I even tested out a scratch behind one of the designs and it scratched with no effort needed. I was actually embarrassed to even give it to my boyfriend's mom so I kept it. Contacting customer service was through an automated Facebook messenger and when the robot couldn't figure out what I wanted, it would ask for my transaction ID and once I did, it would ask me the same questions from the beginning. I then sent an email to the sender that initially emailed me a "tracking" number. I specifically said I was not happy with the quality and wanted a return. Their response was for me to send the item back to them and they'll make it again BUT I would have to pay shipping. I again said I just wanted a refund... the design was not the issue, it was the quality of it. It was at least two weeks of going back and forth and I gave up. So now it's just sitting around the shifting stick in my car.

Paid 44.00 for my daughters xmas gift. They never sent me a tracking and cant reach my email. Horrible what they did. Contacted Pay Pal for my money back!

I have not received the items I ordered. Maybe the Pony Express is delivering, I have a tracking number but that means nothing. Merchandise coming from China.

I ordered a necklace with a photograph if a CHICKEN. I received a necklace with a photograph of a DOG. I wrote to them telling them they messed up. They refused to give me 100% refund. They wanted me to pay to ship THEIR MISTAKE back. They also said they would refund roughly 50%. That is very unfair because the only reason why I wanted to return it was because THEY PUT THE WRONG IMAGE ON MY NECKLACE. They sent me the photograph that was associated with my order and I have never seen the dog or photograph in the picture they sent me. Worst part is... paypal refused to help because it's a custom made item. I did not receive what I ordered. I suggest for you NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

A total waste of money.

I am trying to contact the support but the email: *******@gmail.com is not the correct one. This store looks like a SCAM store to me and they took 50€ away from me. Do not recommend, AT ALL.

It took a while for this to come, but they were good about letting me know what the timeline was. I love it!

They never send me my order or reply to my emails. I will do the claim to my credit card. Avoid this page

These people are frauds and scammers. I placed orders for $300 and had to go to my credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING.

Order showed in transit for 30 days. As soon as I opened a claim with PayPal the order all of a sudden doesn't show up in their system!

The necklace looks like something you would get out of a toy machine at the local grocery store not something you pay $50 for. Do not purchase!
