I needed to exchange a pair of the men's moccasins for a difference size. To do that I had to call them to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. When I called there was a 3 1/2 hour wait. When they answered and I said why I had called, the person claimed she couldn't hear me and asked if she could call me right back. She never called back so now I have to call again.

They're my pillow 2.0 is garbage yeah it's cool to the touch that's about all the first time you touched it that's it otherwise it becomes just any other pillow you have to flip it at night and keep flipping it don't buy it

My pillow ripped at the seam in the washer. They refused to make it right because I didn't have the torn up pillow! It made a big mess! I did not save the wet mess! All I wanted was for it to be replaced.

Forgot to add promo code so contacted them as soon as I realized the mistake which was a (0 dolor mistake. They added the promo code and immediately gave me a refund. I will always buy from a company that does what they did. As for tie pillows My house caught fire and so did my pillows.with it. But gave me a chance to get new 2.0. I recommend this company to all.

I Received the 2 MyPillows that I ordered (for my Mom and me), ahead of schedule, which was wonderful in and of itself. However, I also received Mike Lindell's book FREE! I read it through that night. I can't thank you enough for this. It came at the most empty, sad time in my life. The pillow gave me the physical rest that had been so elusive for so many years; the book gave me spiritual rest and inner peace, and has helped me to start my journey toward God. Hope Match indeed. For many years I have suffered with head and neck pain that at times was so severe I slept sitting up in a chair rather than in a bed because I didn't want to deal with the head, neck and shoulder pain in the morning. I have been through physical therapy trying to relieve the pain. I tried every kind of pillow on the market, every size, shape and price. I've tried every kind of bed and mattress. I'm currently on a sleep number but it did not relieve my pain. On a whim I purchased a "My Pillow" firm. The first night I used it was the first night I have slept without pain! My husband told me to give it a week. It has been two months and I'm a new person! I sleep totally pain free. I wake up well rested for the first time in years! Ordered a pillow over a month ago called customer service they after calling FedEx and they told me they had lost my package. They said it wasn't lost! Than said they would send another replacement within 2-3 days…. Still nothing ‍. They got my money for the last time!

Are NOT made in America, they are made in Cambodia. They run large, and they are not fluff filled as the pictures show. The customer service is awful and they defend the product ad nauseam!.
There are no exchanges or returns according to the representative, but then relented to an exchange. She was overridden when I complained to Paypal and nothing could be done. YOU the consumer are responsible for the cost of shipping!
Not a product I would recommend to anyone. You can get slippers without the hype and the lies

The pillow had a smell that smelled like old meat. I tried washing the pillow, after one wash the pillow started to fray. I returned my purchase to Goodwill where I purchased it on clearance for a $1.

I saw the MyPillow on an ad and I was almost thrown with the price but I thought I'd try one. I'm a side and back sleeper and I put my head on the Pillow and it was Comfortably soft but lumpy. I didn't know if I was going to get to sleep. Next thing I knew, I woke up the next morning and boy I felt real good. I can't sleep without it. I found the lumpy soft makes it so nice. I now have 2 Premium green king now so I can have one ready when one is ready for cleaning. Cleaning is so much better in a front loader. It's the best sleep I've ever had.

I bought this pillow a few months ago at Walmart, I bought two of them king size extra firm and they were expensive they were about $100 each, I was like OK well because of the price I thought maybe you know they were going to be excellent pillows but to my surprise it's the worst pillows ever. It's a rip off the pillow gave me a bad neck pain and huge headaches I would wake up every morning with a headache and extremely stiff also they get really warm my back started hurting because of the neck pain it's just a rip off worst pillow ever in the world I've tried so many even like the cheapest ones are way better than this one I finally had to throw them away and I bought new pillows and oh my god what a difference nice expensive pillows but they're worth way more than the stupid my pillow thing! Don't spend your money on this pillows the are horrible!
