Misrepresented the size ordered. Was told I would have to pay to return. My order clearly showed 'queen', was shipped single. Simply asked for a adjustment in pricing... refused. Also, they can keep their free gift... A political advertisement of 'podcast', just what I needed to get a good night's sleep.NOT! Would not reccomend!
I purchased 2 sets of his gaza cotton sheets, big mistake, no matter how you wash them they wrinkle and any face products you might use leaves a yellow stain, color of my sheets are green, now with what looks like yellow stains, really cheapens the look of sheets, as for the pillow cases, very very wrinkled, n o way I'm putting my head on them.
As for his pillows, have the one bought 6 months ago and after 2 washings, no support left.
Bought pillow about 9 months ago and have been definitely disappointed. It's very lumpy, uncomfortable and goes totally flat so you have no support. I was supposed to get two travel pillows in the deal I had chosen, only got one and they refused to fix this problem. This pillow and Mike Lindell are both worthless rip-offs for the product and how they DON'T stand behind the product claims. Be smart and avoid wasting your money on this garbage.
They fall apart... I got two from Costco when they did their sample tables... the cheaper ones.
Then excited I got big nice ones from Amazon. All lost the shape no matter if washed or dried.
Plus I learned he is a Homophobic and raciest piece of garbage. Sad for him and the reputation on his company. I feel sorry for the workers the are forever to work there. I'm sure jobs are hard to find... but SHAME ON YOU SIR!
I will never do business with this company again. We ordered a king mattress topper. It arrived vacuumed packed, neatly rolled up. Once unrolled, it doubled in size. We were unhappy with the quality of the material and foam and called to return. Was advised to donate to a local non-profit, pet rescue, goodwill, salvation army. Not one organization would take due to the covid. They made it impossible to return. Two seniors trying to send pack a king topper. Spent $90 shipping it back to get our refund as NO DONATION ORGANIZATION would take it. Company would not refund my shipping. Unprofessional Customer Service. Materials in pillows and topper are cheap materials being use.
I purchased two pillows a few years ago. Sadly they are used as sham stuffers. I did not find the pillow to keep you cool as advertised. My husband only tried his pillow one night and returned to his foam pillow. I gave it some time before stuffing it, and originally thought it was a good pillow but time changed my mind. I did care for it according to instructions as well. My 60-day timeframe has expired for a refund, therefore I will donate to an animal shelter for a pet in need. I will not be making future purchases from My Pillow. My delay is writing this was due to forgetting about it but found my guarantee in a drawer and thought it was a good thing to let others know of my disappointment.
I bought a my pillow in February it was fine for about a mouth it goes flat the stuffing moves to the back and sides of pillow I wake up every morning with a headache and constantly have a stiff neck. I wasted $40 on the worse pillow I ever had..
There is no way to do a return. I ordered slippers, don't fit. Returning is impossible.

I absolutely LOVE these pillows! I ordered one for my dad, then me... then my husband and for our campsite. I ordered more for birthday gifts for my sister and my niece's Birthday. I won't sleep with any other pillow! You're definitely MISSING out if you don't have one! I used to have a nice feather pillow that was heavy & hot, then I found this and I really can't say enough about it!
My husband and I received 2 MyPillows for Christmas from our daughter two years ago. Before MyPillow my husband was going to the chiropractor two or three times a month his neck pain is gone! I would recommend this product
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
