Wet towels

Their towels are the worst. Before using them they feel—-and are—-wet. They don't absorb water from your body because they hold moisture, never becoming dry themselves. Don' Buy them.

I ordered the 4 pillow package because I heard great endorsements from radio shows I listen to. First lesson learned, paid endorsers will endorse anything for money. Next, paying $117.00 for two normal and 2 small pillows is outrageous, no pillow is worth that. Then, any company requesting the customer pay for return shipping if they are not satisfied, lacks integrity and ethics. The MyPillow pillows are flimsy and uncomfortable. My neck hurts after sleeping on these pillows and I get less sleep than I did using a $10 pillow from a local retailer. I contacted the company to let them know their product falls way short of advertised expectations. There answer is hey, we'll ship you another pillow or refund your money and you, the customer, pay for return shipping. This from a company emphasizing their founder is a "Christian." Wearing a cross around your neck doesn't make you a Christian anymore going into McDonald's makes you a hamburger. Integrity and ethics is more of a witness than words.

I can only guess that all ( or most) of the positive reviews & support for Mike & his POS pillow, are from closed minded republican Christian Trump lovers ( gag). Any HONEST RATIONAL person would easily see that MY PILLOW is a literal POS... cut chunks of foam. Just look at the number of negative reviews, and the smarmy 5 star rated commentary that the Trumpites posted! FREE HIP WADERS are available for wading through the thick disgusting MY PILLOW BS!

Fedex was not on my property on the date they lied & claimed delivery. My pillow expects me to sit in a wheelchair for 14 hrs to sign for a re-delivery. That was not original agreement. I would never agree to wait for fedex for 14 hrs. They have from 7a - 9p to make deliveries & they only wait 1 second. I cannot get to door in a second from a wheelchair. My pillow forced me to file a payment dispute. They should have simply re-sent the order. Tried to keep my business in the USA. That was unsuccessful. They're making millions while hassling customers. Never again. Pity that i have to listen to Lindell 50 times daily on tv. They have tons of money for tv commercials but cant send reshipment without giving me a migrane.

STAY FAR AWAY! Head still gets & stays hot, the guide to buy is ridiculous and pillows are extremely overfilled, pillow cases are way too big and come off as you sleep. They CHARGE you to send their garbage back! These are grossly OVERPRICED and are FALSE ADVERTISING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
I guarantee you will need to see a chiropractor after using and you WILL be frustrated from your head STILL BEING HOT! This company is robbing people by selling lies with false advertising and I'm reporting this to the BBB.

I ordered his pillow it just ok. Not worth the price. My Amazon pillow half the cost is much better. And DO NOR ORDER THE SLIPPERS. MY HUSBAND ORDER them for me for xmas. They are like walking on concrete. Sent them back immediately

I bought two pillows and I have not had a good night sleep with them. My husband feels the same way. Waste of money! My neck actually hurts after sleeping on it! Definitely not worth the money!

I have spent a great deal of time trying to order this pillow. When the cheapest shipping option is $10- it's overpriced. I personally don't like the pillow but a friend wanted to try it so it's kind of a joke and i am sending as a surprise. When i get to the payment part, i put in CC and it immediately says "you are trying to pay with an expired credit card" which is just not true. So i tried it again, only to find out that it hit my bank 2x. Order still not showing placed on the web, i've been hit for 2 orders now on my bank. I called the 800 #, was disconnected multiple times. 3rd time placing a call, unfortunately they cannot assist me at this time and I can leave a message. This has been the most frustrating experience! No pillow, no order, no customer service agents, no reliable phone system, a broken website and a broken process. Now i have to try to get my money back for the duplicate order, try to get this order placed, and wait fo a call back! The $10 coupon is not nearly enough to put up with this aggravation. Its 6 pm CST on Sat., why no cust service agents?

The pillow I was sent was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. It was all but empty of foam and the pillow case was cheap crap quality, stiff, polyester, TOTAL JUNK. I called MyPillow customer service department to get an RA for the return of the junky pillow I received and WAS NEVER told about their supposed "terms and conditions" (but found out about the T&C after I reported them to the BBB in their response to my complaint). At that time I was told they would deduct $10 from the total I paid ($42.81) leaving me with a total refund of $30.91. When I got my refund back they had deducted over $20 and only gave me a partial refund. I want the rest of the money owed from my refund. This company is nickel and diming customers, ripping them off- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Even if you return the pillow, their going to keep HALF of the purchase price which the pillow STILL isnt worth.

I tried 3 of these foam filled pillows. They are very uncomfortable and do not conform to my body at all. They are quite hard and my dogs won't even sleep on them.

THE WORST EVER!

I want to say that I really wanted to support this company. However, it is the WORST. I don't care how many CHRISTIAN songs they want to play on their freakin hold music, they are the worst. The product was cheap, unusable, and impossible to return. I bought a $400 mattress topper. It was unusable and Nothing but cheap Foam that was like a board to lay on. It took me 2 WEEKs to get hold of a customer service rep. And, then I had to return it to a company that did not accept the return. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. Which is too bad because I believe in his message. Very disappointed.

I bought some slippers back in November. They came and were the wrong color, so I emailed the company and asked them to exchange them for the color I ordered. The company told me to hang on to the original slippers they sent and to send them back when I got the right order. The new slippers came in, they did not fit. I sent both pair back back in early December and emailed Customer Service to let them know. It has been a merry chase ever since trying to get my money back.

I have just been informed, today is 2/17/2022, that the company received both pair of slippers back on 1/26/2022. After fighting my way through two levels of customer service this morning, I have just been told my money will be refunded today. After they deduct the shipping costs. They did not refund my money earlier because they said there was no RMA (whatever the heck that is) to do so.

I wanted to like this company because of the owner's story behind it. At this point, after multiple interactions with their 'customer service' reps, I am singularly unimpressed both with their 'service' and because many of their products are manufactured overseas, despite their claims to manufacture goods in the USA.
