My elderly mom & dad bought everyone in family a my pillow at $40 each. They like it but they are medicated at night so dont move, us kids find it overpriced, underfilled & a pain in neck & shoulders. Terrible & painful pillow for movers under the sheets.

Very hot and lumpy

I bought this pillow because it has health claims. What a joke. This is a very hot pillow. I even purchased a cooling pillow case, but still I woke up with a sweaty head. To add more issues, the pillow quickly became very lumpy and uncomfortable. This is a sham... don't waste your money. I'd add a photo, but I finally just took it to the dump

I purchased 4 my Pillows. I will say I Love it. My two Granddaughters each have them now, said they slept like an Angel all night long. This may not be the one for you, but I'll never buy another style again. I have tried cheap to expensive but this one really works for me and my family. I travel all over the world and sleep on a lot of hotel pillows. I didn't have a neck problem or back problems like I normally do.
AMERICAN MADE IS THE WAY TO GO.

Terrible pillows, horrible customer service

I am shocked at how terrible this experience has been. We paid $110.17 for two pillows. Not only is the quality of the pillows very poor, but the customer service has been even worse. The pillows arrived with snags in the fabric and the filling is extremely lumpy (see photos). The customer service rep was rude, dismissive and said that because of the snags they would allow us to exchange, but if we wanted to return we would have to pay for return shipping.

Here's what they said regarding the lumpy pillows: "All of our pillows are filled with shredded foam they are going to be lumpy to the touch. Per the terms and conditions you agreed to on returns the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for ANY reason within the first 60-days."

I really did not expect treatment like this, especially given the fact that Mike Lindell represents himself as such an honorable guy. His business clearly does not reflect that.

I have tried many pillows in my lifetime, but yours is the best. Took me 10 seconds to fall asleep. In my field of work you gotta have a good night's sleep. A very good product. I wish I had gotten this pillow sooner. Tks BJ

I bought three sets of theirs, so call water soaking towels all they did was smear the water around on me like a nylon towel. They were horrible and what's bad is most good companies will pay shipping to and from this company charges you both ways where they don't lose any money you do I sent all the towels back I bought three sets of six and I had to pay $20 total to return, these horrible towels Any good company will pay for shipping both ways. That way the majority of their towels would all go back and their pillows. I even bought one of those pillows. It was horrible. I tried it one night and put it away. I would've had to pay shipping both ways on that and I said no. So I use it for a dog bed.

I made an order on 2/20 for couple of products. The order (#*******) got shipped on 3/16 (24 days later) through Fedex.
It was delivered on 3/17 to Fedex in OSSEO, MN.
For 8 days, Fedex has no new tracking update. Called them today (3/25) and they said they consider it lost.

My Pillow slippers
March 21, 2023

I ordered a pair of slippers from My Pillow. When I ordered the slippers they advised me to order a half size smaller then I normally wear, which I did. When they arrived I could not get them on as they were too small. I contacted them and asked them to take them back and send larger size. They said all sales are final and they could not accept my request. I advised them I ordered a smaller size as they suggested and that is the reason they should make an exception and send me a larger size. They still refused.

I'd advise anyone to be very careful dealing with this company. I also had purchased two 2.0 and they were no better than similar pillows at much cheaper prices.

Bad pillow

Don't waist your money, this pillow is horrible, I had more neck pain after using this pillow then I ever had. Do not recommend at all. I wish I could give this zero stars. I don't know what other people are talking about when they gave this 3,4 or 5 stars.

Every single pillow I've purchased all went at within 2 weeks of use. That, and it's like laying on a lumpy cinder block. Caused SEVERE TMJ and neck problems, may need surgery now. Thanks, for nothing.
