I sent two messages to your complaint department about your My Slipper product. I have had around six months and only been worn in the house and the soles are falling off. Bottom line your product sucks and so does your customer service. I have been very supportive of My Pillow during all this Woke boycott BS and this is the product and the thanks I get. Will not purchase any items moving forward.
I ordered this pillow on 12-10. Check tracking and it is in Sacramento, an hour away from my house with a delivery date of 12-30. A tracking number was not created until 8 days later? 8 DAYS!? From the looks of these other reviews i have a 50/50 shot of it being good or horrible. Hope it works. Lousy customer service also. The guy on the commercial seems like a total tool box too. Jag off
My wife bought sheets from this company as we had heard great comments about quality. I sadly cannot say the sheets are quality sheets. We have 1000 count bed sheets that are 20 years old and look less worn than the set she purchased, approximately 6 months ago. They are frayed and 'tired' looking. There is No Way I will have guests sleep on these sheets. We could have gone to target and paid ~$60 and have gotten the same quality or lack there of, and she paid much more. Another, slip in what people perceive as good quality. We expected MORE.
Held for over 10 hours over 2 days to get a return merchandise authorization. Also sent an email. Crickets from the company. Decided my last resort was to call the orders line. Someone (Amber) picked up immediately. So happy to take an order, but when I told her my ordeal and what was happening, she asked me to hold and put me back in the 10 hour queue.
I bought a new bed, pillows and sheets. I have slept on it for 4 nights now. It's the the first time in my adult life I wake up without my back hurting. I have all good things to say.
The only negative I have is the bed can only be used on one side. So no flipping for longer use.
I am recommending to everyone I know.
If this has any bad reviews, I would bet it's political not has nothing to do with the products.

My order was guaranteed by Christmas with paying a rush fee. It was never delivered... still waiting. The worst part is their customer service is awful! I called, emailed, and used the live chat on their site. Every single one was rude and said they couldn't help. I will never ever use this company again
I wanted to see what all the hype was about so I purchased 2 pillows. When I opened them, they appeared to be all disheveled inside but thought perhaps that's what makes them so amazing. I followed the instructions and put them in the dryer for 15 minutes, no change. Slept on them for a few nights and had a stiff neck morning when I woke. Someone told me to give them a chance since pillows usually need some use before getting really comfortable! Went about 45 days and still no change! I attempted to call customer service everyday for a week and got nothing but the "due to unusual high call volume, 60 minute hold time". Along with that amazing grace music, I could not hold! I emailed and no help what so ever. Than the 60 days came and they refused to help, via email, bc that's all I could get through.
Waste of money! Over priced and totally uncomfortable! Avoid at all costs!
I'm going to ask for a refund of $100 for two pillows. We'll see how that goes. The first night, my face was on the sheet. It has now been a year. I have given the product enough time to produce. My Pillow=FAIL. Don't get sucked in like I was. After a year of proper washing and drying - FAIL. Keep looking. This is not a good pillow.
I've used my pillows original pillow for years. I purchased my first set at The Minnesota Great Get Together. I love the product so I decided to get the new my pillow 2.0. I was extremely disappointed. 1) the pillow itself is cool too touch, how many customers do not use a pillow case 2) because it's not cool with a pillow case, it would need to be washed on a regular basis, except from what I understand you're not supposed to wash them, not what I consider a good option. I've supported Mike and his products for years, this one unfortunately failed for me. I would've treated a 0 but the review doesn't allow

After trying several other pillows at various price ranges, I tried MyPillow. The first night was the most comfortable and restful night's sleep I've had in a long time. I've been using the pillow now for almost three months and it's fantastic. No more neck and back pain in the morning!
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
