I ordered slippers and they were to big, I asked for and exchange and they said sorry it was a close out sale, so my bad o. Not reading that but if you had any customer service at all they should exchange,they have them still in stock.Now I
am out $41.00.
I was given sheets as a gift. Wanted to exchange for a different color. Customer service won't take calls. Won't return calls and is basically nonexistent. If you purchase from them( which I won't) know all sales final because they operate that way.
There was so much hype about these that i thought what have i got to lose? They are full of shredded memory foam & they were constantly shifting while i slept. I had more comfort using my old contour memory foam pillow. Im giving this one to my sister... IF she even wants it.
Cheaply made. Just cut up pieces of foam (and he has a "patent" for this crap? Had to give up on them since they gave me headaches every morning. Mike is "Mr. Sleazy Snake Oil Man." Bet he gets grease all over his pillow and bet he is using someone else's, just like me. Shame, shame, man!
I bought my pillow about 2 months back. Now I see the the big price drop. Overpriced at $2. I imagine the profit made in the beginning. This product boarders on fraud. Lousy compared to $4 Walmart pillow. If you buy it you better love because there is no returns. The reviews are supposedly political, what a lie as it is really lousy.
We bought two different support type pillows in Jan 2016 as my wife and I have different sleeping needs. Started off fine but after about a year we started noticing they did not maintain the support.
Then later when at our chiropractor for waking up with neck / head aches, he said it was our pillows. So here we are 2 1/2 years later and reached out to MyPIllow and all they will do to honor their 10 year warranty is 'exchange' the pillow.
We have 2 different type of pillows and they will just exchange them for the 'same thing' - even though the pillow quality will likely be the same in the future. I'd rather go back to Walmart or something and buy a new pillow every year or so than repeat this - especially at the cost they charged for the pillows.
50+ year old man with a family and spend money wisely. Commercials sold me on getting these. Honestly, in Gods eyes, these pillows, like all, are great for a few weeks. After that, they are not even average. After months. You realize the mistake you made trusting the bogus commercials. Learn the mistake for your self, don't just take my word for it!
I've spent my life seeking the perfect mattress & pillows that don't cost arm & leg. Finally, I gave in to the Mypillow. Skeptical! Ive never been so happy with a purchase! This mattress topper & pillows have changed my life! For the 1st time in decades I no longer suffer from Any back or neck pain! I never want to get out of my fabulous bed!

Ordered 3 pair slippers for Christmas presents, Sizes 6-6-8. Received 6-8-9. They would not exchange the 9 for the 6 ordered. Three months of inside wear the 6&8 came apart at the ribbing exposing interior layers. Customer service very rude and refused my request to refund or exchange. $450.00 for 3 pair. Your cross sold me Mike. Shame on you for displaying Jesus' cross to promote your sales. Horrible quality. Horrible customer service. Where is your Christian integrity?
Hey Mike, I can appreciate your patriotism, your pillows are okay nothing to brag about. You're my pillow mattress topper completely sucked. Sorry man just got to be honest I've never slept a good night on that mattress copper. I thought one from your competitor and it cost less and I sleep better every night. As a matter of fact it's on top of yours. Good luck man
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
