I used to wake up with upper back pain, not anymore I slept in the same side position all night and that was without using the dryer to fluff it up, my guess is the people that bought it at Walmart got fake reproductions because not a single bad review on here is right.
This pillow is expensive for a bunch of torn up foam... honestly people do not buy these. After the first wash it was a matted mess. For the price I paid for two I could have gone to store and brought new ones that would at least last a year... the 10 year warranty is a crock...
This is a lumpy pillow filled with foam pieces that you can actually feel through the cover. A complete and total rip off--I'd even call it a scam to advertise this as a high quality pillow and charge an insane amount of money for.
I bought this pillow because it was suppose to help with neck problems. I slept on it one night and there was almost no support. Woke up with a stiff sore neck worse than it had ever been. $100 down the drain for 2.
This pillow worked for MAYBE a month or two the way they said it would. Since then, it stinks! I have had nothing but neck pain and I've washed it and did everything according to the directions and it still hasn't helped. I've now ordered another pillow from where I got my bed a couple of years ago and my bed has definitely lived up to expectations to this day, so I am very much looking forward to getting my new pillow. I'll use the My Pillow for my dogs.

I ordered 6 pair of slippers for me my husband and gifts. All orders arrived very late, website does not offer tracking. The layers are separating and the bottom sole is cracking and falling apart in pieces. I would like to return for refund, as the slippers are inferior. I am unable to get anyone in customer service to answer the phone and website does not offer a contact to report my concerns.

My husband ordered me slippers. They were expensive and run small so I went on line to find out how to return. You can only do a return by phone. I called. Hold time was estimated to be 2 hours and 47 minutes. Very unhappy. And also, they don't have free shipping nor free return shipping. So if I ever do get through to them to return, they will still end up costing me $20 Beware!
My wife and I placed an order for our sons before Christmas and paid extra to assure it would arrive before Christmas. 1/25/22 and we still have not received the order. They took our money and despite several attempts to contact them to resolve this issue we have yet to hear from them or receive anything. So Mike speaks of his Christian values and wears his cross outside his shirt but it is all phony BS to make money. It is disgusting and shameful
One pair I left outside (they're rubber) I cannot get my feet in them. The sun (or rain) shrunk them. The other pair turns my ankle. I am 80 years old so I quit wearing them. I think I paid 29.98 for each... ON

Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
