I don't know how MyPillow got all the hype. I bought a queen size premium pillow. It came in a vacuum packed plastic bag. I followed instructions putting it in the dryer until it reformed into a normal pillow size. The thing is so lumpy I can't use it. It's like it is full of balls of wadded up material. It's just weird and very uncomfortable to put my head on. I replaced it with a twin pack of name brand pillows from Costco. Two very comfortable pillows at half the price of one MyPillow on sale. Sorry Mike, but your pillow sucks!
I bought my pillows at kohl's. The my pillow was 80 dollars and then was buy one get one half off. I got two for like 120. Totally not worth it. It's the same pillow that I paid 10 dollars for. No difference. Telling people not to waste there money
I have never before been able to find King size fitted sheets that have deep enough pockets for my pillow top mattress and plush mattress cover. My "My Pillow" sheets fit beautifully and the corners never pull out during the night. The sheets wash and dry beautifully and still feel silky and like new even though it's been well over a year or two since I purchased them.

I buy American whenever possible, but if my wife continues to buy merchandise from this manufacturer I will sleep on the couch and consider myself married to the remote. The pillow itself is just as bad as the commercials. You would think that there would be something appealing about it, but I can't think of it. I know my wife uses the other American made pillow that is mine when she takes naps in the afternoon because I can smell her perfume on it. Normally a reasonable person, she just refuses to admit that she got taken in by Mr. Annoying.
I think the guy probably has a good heart but he needs some quality control. I bought white towels that I like a lot. Light and fluffy. Ordered another set in plum which turned out to be magenta. Who decorates a bathroom with that color. The towels had a pulled thread (or a run) in each one, the stitching was bad, jammed machine left bunches of threads and snags. Returned them and exchanged for another set of white. One hand towel had the bad stitching and required trimming which I did. No problem other than I had to pay for shipping again. I think I have enough of his stuff.
I ordered the queen size my pillows. I use for pillows. I love them. They are a blessing from God. Your head never touches the bed. They're light and filled with different forms of fluff that cradle your head all night long. When it used on one side, flip it over and use the flipped up other side. I've never experienced a pillow like this. I love it I recommend it I'm a picky person sometimes, but God is good to me through his grace, and he led me to this site. Do yourself a favor and purchase on my pillow for not only yourself, but for your entire family. You will never, ever, regret it. Peace.
He was better before he did business with trump. Don't get me wrong, he had a good product but it dropped off when he lost his sight on the public. I'm never buying his product any more or even telling someone else to buy. Buy if you like but I don't have any faith in him any more. Good bye my pillow hello to a new company and a better manufacturer.
I ordered a king-size Giza dream sheet set and wanted to exchange the 2 king-size pillowcases for 2 smaller queen- size. The customer service rep stated they would not do this even though they sell separate pillowcases. She even asked me if I had a sewing machine. This makes no sense as a business decision as I will never deal with the company again.
I gave in and bought 2 "Giza Premium" Pillows. What a rip off. Ordered exactly what the "Color" guide recommended and one is so fat and full that it is impossible to sleep on (Mine) and the other is flat as a pancake. (Wife) Save your money. Yes they promise a return guarantee but with return shipping it is not worth it, and this company banks on that. Mr. Lindell-be ashamed.
I purchased 3 of the queen sized firm fills from Bed Bath and Beyond 3 years ago in BOXES. They lasted a long time. The new one I purchased from their site a few weeks ago came all shrunk up. After following their directions, the pillow puffed up with ZERO support. Mike has done a horrible job of quality control. The whole pillow shrunk to the size of a regular, not the queen I ordered. I sent them a complaint, no response. Don't waste your money.
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
