There is no information about returning a product when you receive it. You must initiate a telephone call in order to get details and the return shipping address. And to top it off they charge a return fee. So for my order of $99.85 which included shipping and sales tax,, i received a credit of $79.
I fell for the hype on TV before reading reviews. The My pillow 2.0 is no better than what you can buy at any local store for about $10 and I paid $80 for a My pillow. This is truly not a good product and not comfortable. Don't waste your money!
Are you looking for a good nights sleep? I was to. I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, I disease that causes all of your vertebra to fuse, and is absolutely debilitating. So it became obvious that I needed to find not only a good mattress but also good pillows.
After hearing this companies advertising I ended up purchasing the pad for the mattress and two pillows and the sheets and everything combined has improved my night's sleep tremendously.
For anyone who is suffering even with just ordinary arthritis I absolutely recommend this company's product!
Beware, I developed thoracic outlet syndrome after sleeping on a my pillow. I'm a side sleeper and although a comfortable pillow, it did not provide the correct alignment advertised. Symptoms noticeably improved with a different pillow.
Pillow does not respond as is stated in ad or shown on TV. Lumpy and stays that way. Return service is difficult and expensive; customer service is curt and obviously use to returns by unsatisfied customers.
My wife and I both had a "My Pillow" for about 6 months and were never really satisfied with the Pillow. Recently as we learned more and more about what an awful person the My Pillow Founder is, we threw the pillows in the trash. We purchased two pillows for $10 from Kohl's and we like them so much better. Wish we would have read all the bad reviews about My Pillow and known what a terrible person the founder is before purchasing them in the first place. Thankfully we have nicer pillows now and are not supporting such an awful person.

Yes it did take me a little while to adjust to the pillow and I was scared of being sucked in to another item that would end up in the recycling... but it is about the best money I have spent on myself in a very very long time. I want to give one to all the people I care about in my world so they too can experience a blissful nights sleep. You wont find me leaving home without it - I cant vouch for the stopping snoring as my sleep is so blissful, I have no idea about if I am snoring or not... No headaches or sore necks - blissful sleeping. Thank you
I ordered the Mypillow based on TV testimonials. Because I like extra firm pillows, I ordered the green label one even though the sight recommendations stated that based on my height/weight, the white label would have been better suited for me. Right from the start, I wasn't overly impressed with the pillow but I decided to give it a chance. The pillow does not keep it's shape and goes flat. I am constantly fluffing and flipping this pillow at least five times per night. I called and asked if I could exchange it for the next firmer size and I was told that I allowed too much time to go by for a refund or exchange. I was advised to wash the pillow with a towel and dry it. I did and am still left with the same situation of flipping and fluffing all night. Definitely NOT worth $70.
I have had many many pillows and my cheaper pillows give me more support than this. I got their to Xmas and ever since using it my neck and back hurt like crazy and it's barley a pillow no matter how much you fluff it you are still sleeping in lumps or fabric with no filling. I was so excited for this pillow and now I'm thankful I kept my old one because as much as I hated my old one now it's like a luxury pillow compared to this.
I like the towels, the problem is once you are a customer you will be overwhelmed with endless Spam emails every day for the rest of your life.
It's as if I'm being punished for being a customer. I am tormented with multiple massive amounts of emails that go into my Spam daily. I regret the day I patronize this business and I will never buy from them again because of this.
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
