We received MyPillow products as a gift. Very dissatisfied. Low quality. Our friend wanted to do something nice for us, instead they got scammed by MyPillow. For what they paid this is a rip-off. We suspect the good reviews are fake reviews. After looking into the company it appears MyPillow is a front for a radical far right political agenda. Facists are another reason to avoid this company and not buy the crap they're selling.
I paid a lot of money for this pillow. Thinking it would be a quality product. Not only was it very uncomfortable. I discovered that it was filled with cheap low grade foam cubes. Nothing but a con job pillow. Like the corrupt Lindell
I wasted my money. So I am trying to figure how to destroy this worthless pillow. Maybe take it out and use it for shooting practice. Or throw it into a pig trough
They go flat after a night's use. They claim that it retains its shape but it doesn't. You need to tumble it everyday to get its shape back to fluff. Does not keep you cool either as they claim. Would ask my money back but they make you pay for shipping cost!
Mypillow is crooked when it comes to shipping. I paid $20 for expedited shipping, the product was supposed to arrive on Saturday after the Thursday I bought it & never showed up, Fedex showed a Delay, I called My Pillow, and waited 15 minutes on the phone only for them to start counting business calendar days. I told them, if Id realized they were going to play games with charging expedite and shipping standard, I would not have paid for it. I will not support this company again and I'll be returning their product.
I had 2 pillows that were 10 years old. Decided to get new ones as the old ones where getting flat and rigid. The filling on the new ones where about half of the originals. It wasn't worth $20 in shipping ($10 there and $10 back) to return them. I kept one for the car, gave one away and threw one out. Absolute waste of money.
I ordered a pilllow for myself and my husband, we both really like it, never half neck aches anymore, so that's all good. I then ordered one, on sale, for a friend, she got it, and said it was small... so I'm not sure what i ordered, thinking it was the same as mine, but she didn't want it so i had to return it within the 30 days. They charged me $10 for a mailing label, and $10 for restocking and i got like nothing back. That was an absolute rip off. It shows me they don't stand behind their products.
Last June I ordered 2 pillows. I was promptly charged but after no delivery, and multiple tries to find out where my order was, I finally disputed the charge with my CC company. CITI tried to get resolution but eventually gave up and issued me a full credit. Now, 8 months later, I get a letter from a collection agency. Imagine that. I sent multiple emails to MyPillow customer service with proof the FedEx never delivered my order. My Pillows answer, I have to settle the matter with collections. This company is horrible to deal with. Do not ever buy anything from them as they take your Money and do not send your order. Mike Lindell should be ashamed. I would rate them a 0 if I could.
I purchased a my pillow and the quality of my sleep declined. It goes flat so I'm constantly fluffing and wadding it up throughout the night. I also woke up this morning with a horrible crook in my neck, which according to advertisements is not supposed to happen.
I really wanted to like this pillow but I have it for 1 month and my neck pain has actually increased. At first it seems like it will support but my head eventually sinks into it as the fill spreads to the sides and top. I have to constantly flip pillow from top to bottom to get support under my neck.
It is by for the worst thing i have ever bought $60 plus bucks for $#*!! I want my money back. There's nothing in the pillow. My sister could of made a better pillow than that! They barely put anything in the darn thing. I dont know how Mike L. Is in business!
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
