Bought two sets of split king sheets and they do not fit properly. Mike says his bottom fitted sheets fit any mattrass - wrong! These sheets are not deep enough to be tucked in. The top sheets are not sized correctly for a split king. You have to rotate the sheet so the wide hem is on the side (should be at the head) so that they fit and can be tucked in. Should have returned them but too late now. Never again.
I wanted to order a pair of My Slippers with promo code E88. I also received a promo code for a one-time $10 discount. When I went to pay for the item, it said the codes were no longer valid, even though this ad clearly states the opposite.
I order 2 pillows plus 2 separate orders; a robe and a t-shirt from a different company he is handling on his site. I got one pillow that cost me $79. They send you confusing offers and while you think your getting a deal; they switch offers or codes on the same offer and you don't get what you think you paid for. Then on top of that you have to pay shipping to return items. It's bate and switch so don't get burned like I did. We have had their pillows before and they do not last 10 years and when you call to get resolution; you are told you have to do various things before you can get your money back. They are not worth your trouble.
I purchased several item's from the company. I received a defective pillow. They said I had to return to pillows to receive in order to get credit and I was to pay for shipping. I found the representatives on the telephone having no regards for a customer that had spent over 1,000. Dollars with their company and wanted to get credit for the one pillow I wanted to send back... I will never buy another item from MyPillow. Poor representation. We had only one defective pillow that I wanted the company to stand behind it warranty... Very Dissatisfied... after all the monies spent with them
After hearing all the hype for this pillow and trying so many different pillows, I ordered MyPillow in firm. It was awful! Too soft and clumpy. I could not get comfortable. When I contacted MyPillow for a refund, I was told I would have to pay return shipping (its in the small print). The pillow is not cheap and I had already paid for shipping to receive the pillow in the first place. Now I have to pay to return a GUARANTEED pillow. Very dissatisfied!
I bought the my pillow hoping it would help my breathing problems during allergy season.
Huge disappointment. The pillow was filled with chunks of foam, which was a let down and I had to re-fluff the pillow several times a night, I tried for 6 months. Finally got my old pillow out and bliss.
I am going to give the pillow to the dogs
Does not keep its shape as promised I'm always tossing and turning and turning the pillow over for the support my neck needs. You are better off with Dollar Store pillows and spending the price for these.
I ordered a my pillow king x 2 about 8 years ago. I was talked into not the standard pillow. It was hard as a rock. I took some of the filling out. That didn't work. I threw it away. Waste of money. I left a review back then too.
Hi Mike, I have followed you for years and after a careful review of you and your company I have come to one conclusion: Greedy! Flat out! How can you, at this point in your life, have so much money and continue to charge people too much for what comes to you so easy. You remind me of Jack of Jacks wholesale windows. You two ought to give back because you both have made so much out of advertising to your own people and making it above being rich. The audacity! Shame on you, Shame on Jack! Give back will ya? Quit taking, quit gouging!
I am not satisfied with this product it costed me 50 dollars but it feels like my 6 dollar pillow that I got from roses i honestly want my money back but I kno they are goin to give me a hard time never again and I mean it
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
