The CEO of my pillow is your typical con artist. Putting Christian pictures and wearing a cross trying to make himself look like he is Mr trustworthy. People are not judged by their words their judged by their actions and this guy's a thief and a con artist. He tells you you're getting 50% off but in reality the item you're buying cost less than 50% of the 50%. Items are way overpriced, shipping is extremely slow, you are nothing but a dollar sign in this man's eyes. Whatever you need bypass this guy he cares nothing for you and nothing for your comfort. If you have any doubt Google how many lawsuits have been brought against him and his company...
I bought two of the recommended firmness levels. One was to flat, both of them together, too high. They were made with lots of pieces of something that just feel lumpy. I ordered one of the higher level firmness, but it too was lumpy. I was expecting so much, and got nothing but disappointment. The pillow from Dollar General is much more comfortable. I would not recommend.
Not a premium pillow like they charge it's no better than a $5 pillow from walmart they hide it in a box so you can't see you're getting ripped off it's way underfilled basically have to fold it in half to get any support. Threw it away after 5 months of restless sleep. Sorry no proof of purchase it's at the landfill with the pillow maybe the rats will like it
Because Mike Lindell is 100 percent of a quality person, he builds his pillows with 100 percent quality. I've slept on many different pillows in my day and my pillow is the best. If I could pick only one person to assemble me a perfect pillow, that person will always be Mike Lindell.
This is a bad co. To deal with ordered pillow... promised by Christmas did not happen. Called 4 days before and was told it did not ship yet. Told perso to cancel order credit back money they said ok... two weeks later pillow shows up... now the won't answer phone this is a bad co. To deal with keep clear of them...
I ordered My Pillow 5yrs. Ago. Great quality. I just reordered one more from Amazon. I ordered the green firm. I received it today and there is no filling in it. How does this happen? Sending it back and not ordering another. I think the owner should spend more time on quality control and less advertising. A great product will sell itself.
I bought the pillow thinking it was gonna be like my old pillow from 30+ years but my husband was sleeping on it and woke up in the night said something cut him found A cut across the side of his face and found a really big needle sticking out of the pillow. Very disappointed
Ordered 2 roll up pillows had to pay $ 9.95 for shipping practically the very next day they had a promo code for free shipping and I notified customer service for a refund on shipping and they denied my request said at the time of shipment we did not offer free shipping terrible customer service
Bought two sets of split king sheets and they do not fit properly. Mike says his bottom fitted sheets fit any mattrass - wrong! These sheets are not deep enough to be tucked in. The top sheets are not sized correctly for a split king. You have to rotate the sheet so the wide hem is on the side (should be at the head) so that they fit and can be tucked in. Should have returned them but too late now. Never again.
I wanted to order a pair of My Slippers with promo code E88. I also received a promo code for a one-time $10 discount. When I went to pay for the item, it said the codes were no longer valid, even though this ad clearly states the opposite.

Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
