I have always had difficulty finding a pillow I liked. Prior to retirement I averaged 200 nights a year in motels. One had a "mypillow" in my room. I loved it!
I bought a Queen size for home and have never regretted my purchase. I bought a regular size to use in our Airstream. Every month I'll place it in the dryer on high for 20 minutes, keeps it fresh and full.
Pillows are subjective. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to comfort and satisfaction. They work for me and I will not go back to a another brand pillow. I don't care what his or the company's political, religious, or personal views are. I noticed many reviews on here posted negative reviews because they don't agree with the owner's opinion. I did discover that the company has given away thousands of pillows to worthy causes. Hey, you buy the pillow and don't like it, throw it on a guest bed or give it to your kid. I know I sleep better because of this pillow. Period.
My Pillow is lumpy, and the foam inside moves around so there's a hole where your head was and the foam is pushed to one side. We have had the pillows for about 2 years and hate them. They are incredibly uncomfortable and cause me to wake up several times a night.
I received my order yesterday, had the worst night's sleep & my neck is killing me today! I won't be using again & will never buy a pillow online again! I hate the hassle of returns so will be giving these to my cats to sleep on-thankfully I got them on sale but still, they were high priced & not nearly as good as a $3 pillow from a discount store.
Biggest ripoff ever. Lumpy foam stuffed into a cotton case and they call that a pillow... I've had the worst night sleep ever. Customer service is non existent, they don't answer emails. Tried to cancel my order within 14 days as per consumer rights act but they totally ignored me. Still sent me pillows which have now caused me issues with neck ache, shoulder ache etc. Do not buy at any cost!
Ordered 2 pillows on website.
Pillows arrived and totally disappointed no support nothing different to a regular pillow.
Returned pillows had 25 dollars cut for shipping.
So what full refund are they talking about.

Just lumps of torn up foam put into a pillow... We purchased two pillows and returned them because they were not high quality at all...
Absolutely do not recommend this product...

Absolute worst pillow ever! And what a joke and a scam about 100% money back guaranteed. Maybe he needs the money to help out his dictator Trump. Too big fat liars. Do not waste your $ Better off at Marshalls with buying pillows there and they don't have greatest but way better and cheaper than these miserable things, my dog doesn't even like it!
At first the pillows were firm and comfortable. Do not wash well at all or stand up. One year later they are useless and need to be tossed. Not worth the large investment. $100 pillow? No way. Even if they gave me THREE free pillows instead of one for that price, I would still say it was a rip off.

Pillows were cheaply made. They're basically lumpy foam pieces stuffed into a pillow case. Tried repeatedly to reach customer service with no success. If you are brave enough to buy anything from my pillow.com, make sure you have your credit card issuer's phone number handy, that's the only way you'll get a refund.
By the way, our credit card customer service rep said she receives many, many calls about Mypillow.com's awful products and terrible customer service. I can't understand why my pillow.com hasn't been shut down yet.
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
