The confirmation email don't have the reservation code for the airline. Can't check the ticket on the airline app. The order number is not valid for the airline
Price increase at the very end after clicking "pay". Total scam. MyTrip had me go thru 30 steps to decline every single add one they tried to throw at me, and then after i inputted by info, and cc number they increased the price.
So i spent a hour trying book because it would not let me proceed and when i finally got to the end it it said it timed out and the price went up. So i cancelled it on bing and said i will never use my trip again. I went to momondo and found the two flights same price as before the increase. I clicked to book and my trip came up.I almost gave up and told my wife lets just go to another country I don't want to use this company. She said lets try to do it again.maybe we can do it quicker now we know all the decline boxes to check. So we did it. I would much rather book direct with the airlines.
I bought a ticket from Tel Aviv to Bucharest & from there to London I thought that I can transfer my luggage automatic from one plane to the other but they told me in Israel that I can only check in to Bucharest I was supposed to get to London early in the morning meanwhile there was a delay in Israel for a hour & a half & I couldn't make my flight to London when I arrived to Bucharest the airline told me that I can only depart Bucharest 5 pm so I went to look for another ticket & I couldn't find one for a normal price so I went back to the original airline & they told me that they only reimburse till one hour from the flight so I had to pay an extra ticket & I arrived to London a few hours later than I expected.
When I booked my flights I also paid for reserved seats. In the website I was not allowed to make the reservations. There does not seem to be a way to do at all. Very disappointing.
The checkout page does not let you return to the previous pages. We needed to correct a passenger's name but were forced to restart the booking process for all our passengers. Very inconvenient.
Bad, I had to wait more than three day to get my airplane ticket. I couldn't talk to anybody. Nobody give me an answer. I'm not don't even know which airline
Every little thing cost money, I have to click zirillion times to not to add this not to add to that, it is so confusing and so easy to make a mistake. Sorry but your site is not user friendly and it seems like trying to milk your customer until the last second of the check out.
This is the most aggressive website I have ever visited. Surprised you did not try to charge me for the skin I'm in.

Horrible customer service, tried cancelling a plane ticket 5 minutes after booking and was told not possible, so cancelled with airlines directly, will dispute the charge with American Express
Have been asked 17 times to verify my order, I input to verification code, but there is now where to push an enter button, so it asks to verify again - stuck in a never ending loop. It has done it on my iPhone and Mac. SUPER FRUSTRATING and still have not seen my ticket for my upcoming flight!
I've booked with this website twice, and there are problems for both of them. The first one, I traveled to Sydney by AirAsia Airline with connecting to Malaysia. The first flight was delayed cause me couldn't catch the next flight in time.
The second one, I traveled to Istanbul by China Eastern. They canceled my flight within only 14 days before the flight. And Mytrip can not ensure me I would get a full refund or not, so I had to made another booking with other website instead.
I couldn't order assistance at the airports because the Mytrip website doesn't have an assistance section. So far, everywhere I've been, there's assistance for those with walking difficulties.

The site was terrible to use, too many add on questions, and my bookings failed the first 3 times I tried to book.
Low cost fares are NOT cheap! So many added fees mean that the ultimate price is far higher than the initial quoted price.
I booked through them and suddenly the airline cancelled my booking after one month of booking and paying full amount. Now I am in circles chasing to get my refund
Never recommend losing your money with such bad sites.
Very difficult when you don't choose any option. I had to do it twice. And it's to long, for a person who is not patient he'll leave your site.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
