Story:
I booked a flight in Vietnam, the airline changed departure time by 4.5 hours that was not working with my other connections. I contacted mytrip customer service next day (2+ weeks before the flight) - customer service promised to fix the situation, as "the airline has changed the departure by more than 4 hours and we should be entitled to a full refund". A week later I called again - same promises, not much happened. I bought another set of tickets with another airline and notified mytrip that only a refund is an option.
After arrival in Vietnam I visited the office for that local company, but they refused to disclose any details on their communication regarding a refund and referred me to mytrip.
3 more times I contacted mytrip - more empty promises that they are working on the issue and will fix it all ASAP, however - something new was their email communication suggesting me personally to contact the airline for a refund. AND refund could only be some points issued by that airline company, but not cash.
Outcome:
2.5 month after my initial request - no refund, no (useless) points, 5 calls/chats, plenty of empty promises - mytrip is silent.
Too much messing around with options trying to get you to make an error, costing more money. Make it easy with none of the nonsense
I didn't realize the fee didn't include reserved seats. The flight ended up costing me almost $150 more than advertised.
Bad service and terrible communication and won't give refund. Do not suggest to go with this company

Website posted an available flight at a low price from Cartegena to Medellín. After completing the booking process, was told at the end that the fare was unavailable.
Was not user friendly at all. Ended up losing the cheapest price due to several extended delays while taking too much time and time/site expired.
AT check out my price change by $91 due to "demand". There is no proof or evidence of this while booking.
When i tried to check in i couldnt do it. I tried to sign in with pin. But thre was no pin in the letter.

Scammers. Liars. Cheaters. Thieves. They lied to me for 2 weeks straight until the airlines interferred. They are thieves and would say and do anything to get you to wait and don't get back to you even though they are the ones who are delaying the process. I was charged double the ticket fare and when I read the reviews, I realised they are notorious for it.
Where is the assistance contact form. I have been trying to arrange assistance for three days without success. I originally found the form but there was no slot in which to insert my mobile number. Now I cant find the form.
Booked a flight today, website clearly stated a amount and then when you put all the information in and your credit card details in and submit it for processing it changes the amount, charged me a $1000 over. Called customer service in minutes after that and it was like they were ready for the bait and switch conversation. First they refused to acknowledge that the website stated the $1450 odd amount and said it always said $2300 and then after checking accepted that it was switched. Also made the build the deal again 2 times showing a lower amount that it stated before. Then was told this is how it is always done. Do it again and it will happen to you again, trued blaming the airline. Then they say you cancel and we will charge you so don't cancel. Then more lies, then it was lie after lie.kept on calling them out and catching the lie. Foolish of me to not read reviews, this company lives off that. Tickets have not been issued yet, you bait and switch the price and take people's money.customer service keeps changing there words except for oh you are going to be charged, we got you.

In payment page, they changed the price and i didnt realize. They got direct flight price for nothing.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
