Process not as intuitive and straightforward as it should be. You should be able to see the price, the baggage terms, and fly right through this thing in record time.
A reservation with no ability to cancel, despite not needing the baggage or seat now reserved. Instead of helping, you offer to charge $44 for a "possible" return of the taxes charged.
Purchased a flight through mytrip, cancelled it within 24 hours as plans changed. I then had to call the airline to cancel, and mytrip couldn't tell me the correct airline to call - it was a three-leg trip with four different airlines. I then called mytrip and they said I had to cancel with each airline, except I had confirmed that all parts were cancelled when I found the correct airline.
Update: after writing this review and contesting the charge with my credit card company did they say anything about actually giving me a refund, which they can't do because I initiated a charge back. I wouldn't have done that if they had actually been legitimate and refund my money to begin with.
I still do not recommend.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I booked two airlines through MyTrip. Two days before my flight, I realized I was missing one letter from my name on my boarding pass. I called the first airline and explained my situation - they changed the name at no extra cost and in about two minutes. The second airline told me I needed to get the name changed with MyTrip since they booked the flight. When I called MyTrip they lied and said they needed at least five days to request the name change and since I was leaving in two days they couldn't help me. After arguing with them and the airline for over four hours, I had to book another flight with my correctly spelled name. They cost me several hundred dollars for a missing letter.
I've bought Montevideo-Maraba-Montevideo ticket, but MyTrip issued me only Maraba-Montevideo ticket. The support of MyTrip doesn't work and they don't answer my questions, they don't help me.
Change price last minute --very annoying. Cannot tell whether it's a trick to make the customer pay more at the last minute due to sunk cost as they spend so much time clicking through "no" for the nonsense add-on services.

It was one of the worst services that I have received.
I bought three flight tickets and the first one was rescheduled by the airline; then the next two flights must be changed due to time conflict. Only 5 days was left to my flight so I have to changed them quickly.
I have contacted them via phone to change my flight. After long time waiting time, one agent registered my case. I waited for several hours, no action. Then again I called them; after long hours, another agent answered me and I had to explained the case again and he promised me to resolve it urgently. Again, I waited for 4 hours without receiving any actions, I called it again, another agent answered me. When I asked the due date to resolve the case, the agent told me, it might be friday and they do not work on saturday and sunday. My flight is on monday morning. I complaint and she said it is an internal procedure and out of their control as a mediator because they have to wait for airline to response them. I argued with them for half an hour without finding any solution. Then I decided to contact airlines directly and less than half an hour the two airlines rescheduled my flight.
Again I contacted mytrip, this time through online chat, to inform them that I have rescheduled them myself to avoid duplication. Again i wait for 45 min for the agent's reply. I explained the case, she said I had to connect me to another department, wait another 45 min for second agent's reply, again i had to explain. She said it is not under her responsibility and connect me to another department. The same story.
The case that can be solved in half an hour, takes about almost 1 day of my time.
If I did not directly change my flight through airline, probably all my trip plan will be destroyed.
Never go with them
Booking flight no problems problem with asking for review when you ask need more input to send review than when you book ticket. Experience spoilt
Mi compra fue un proceso el cual me permitió obtener un buen precio después hacer la compra fácilmente y antes de una hora tener la confirmación. Por lo tanto fue para mi una buena experriencia con mytrip y si alguien me pregunta lo podre recomendar gracias a mi experiencia.
Due to the weather condition, The airline canceled the flight. Mytrip take two months poses to find my ticket but it's still not the whole amount 2 month. Didn't refund my upgrade fee and extra luggage fee.
The website shows low price when searching but charge extra for everything and by the end of booking it say that your order is not available at this price and charge additional fees again. I will not book with them any more.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
