Fairly easy

Fairly easy. Charging for seats for every leg of the journey is not a good practice. A flat rate should be charged as the connections are made by Kayak and airlines and not by the passenger

I purchased a ticket from Delhi to Manali (India) via the mytrip website. The flight was cancelled due to bad weather. I contacted the airline (Alliance) who said I need to contact the company I purchased the ticket thru for a refund. I entered into a 1 hour online conversation with mytrip. Their position was quite simple. I must contact the airline for a refund. Logically that is wrong as I purchased thru mytrip (basically the travel agent so to speak). Despite mytrip attempting to shove me off to the airline I am persisting. What ever the outcome will be, the lack of service and the need to argue and negotiate every step of the way is quite clear. Shocking service. The reality is obviously quite clear to them but apparently of little to no interest. I assume a certain percentage of customers loose patience and give up. This will not be the case with me.

SCAM ALERT
June 17, 2024

This website is a scam. I paid €13 for fast track, which didn't work. They proceeded to deduct €79 from my bank account, causing my bank to flag the transaction as fraudulent. They will not issue me with a refund. I have reported them to authorities for fraud, everyone should do the same! Frauds and Scam artists!

Misleading pricing methods

The same package would have been cheaper to book through the airline. Fare advertised as significantly lower to lure a prospective customer. But luggage fees are higher. And seats that should be free are charged fees. All these fees are shown only later on. Will never use this dubious service again.

High demand flight? Really

It seems like everytime I book a flight the price increases due to high demand after I agree to the price on the screen and before my credit card is run. Sometimes it has been only a few dollars but tonight it was nearly $400 per ticket. No thank you. I ll try some where else.

Hidden Fees
June 30, 2024

All of the additional fees makes the flight appear cheaper than it really is. Having to go through and select or choose not to select all the additional options is painful. Show me the full price and then reduce it as I deselect all the extras.
