Flight refund now 90 days past due. No responses to written email notifications. Customer service on the phone, repeatedly, "forwarded my case to somewhere" after putting me on hold for 2 mins. Now I should wait.
Asking for an Email confirmation that we spoke and the case was escalated, I get "I can't write Emails, only phone" effectively proving that I was just put on hold for 2 mins and nothing was escalated. "The Email department" responds to Emails only. Must be a great group as Im still waiting for a response to my mails.
Website doesn't work either, proper mail and order number input "is not existing", but sure, keep sending me automated reminders about managing my booking online instead of phone.
MyTrip as a travel agent is an absolute joke, customer service somewhere in the corner of the world abysmal. First and last time I deal with this incapable, unprofessional businesses.
Read the other reviews, they are a complete nightmare. Indian call centre... they ask the same question via phone or email, again and again. 16 days after trying to get a refund, I'm still were I started. Stay away from them at all costs.

Mytrip.com completely wiped all responsibility off their shoulders when Thomas Cook collapsed.
A night before I called them to ask what would happen if TC would go bankrupt and I was told I would receive a full refund.
The next day, their story changed. Then I received an email with 'Unfortunately but it's impossible to apply for refund'...
My bank thinks it's unlawful and very irresponsible of them to refuse refunds in this case, because as a big player they're in much better position to get money back from Thomas Cook.
So here I am - without holiday, without my money...

There is no customer service probably one person sitting on the other end of the phone.
If u call I have to wait 2/3 hours just to talk to a representative who can't help and end up putting you on hold again and then line gets cut off.
My outgoing flight was cancelled by airline. They can't offer me any alternate and cancelled my booking - 7 days later still waiting for a refund.
They also refusing to cancel inbound flight but don't understand if I can't travel out of country - I can't catch my return flight.
Stay away from this company - you may save little money initially in your booking but if any issues come up, say goodbye to your money.
Absolutely the worst company ever! Had a Flexi fare needed to change my flights. 5 hours and 7 different customer service people and not one of them could assist.
All calls are diverted to India and they are a scam! Once they have your money they want nothing to do with you anymore and just give you the run around. Then they have the nerve to ask you how their service was - absolute rubbish that's how your service is!

I booked my flights through them. Paid premium price so I can have no more that 2 hrs lay over. Airlines changed the timings and added 8 hours lay over for whole night. I have requested mytrip for refund. After my daily follow up phone call and explaining everyday what I need, I have not received confirmation of refund.
They are highly pathetic and left me in a situation where I would need spend more money to book my flights last minute otherwise I miss my connecting flights.

Unreachable, unserviceable and unreliable service only in the worst way. They do not have call waiting so you can never access anyone on the phone, they also do not respond to e mails. They keep you on hold for 2-3 hours without answering which I experienced last night and gave up. I am simply forfeiting my flights because this company is simply impossible to deal with. They should be shut down, sued or kicked in the shins. STAY AWAY!
We booked a flight to Mauricius for June 2020, it was cancelled and up to now we haven't received from mytrip any refund! The vouchers (in exchange for cancelled flight) have already expired, nobody is answering the phone (I have been waiting even 40 min on line and no one answered) and by email they only answered once that I should contact their customer service instead of sending them emails (we had already filled before all the forms necessary for refund). Since then - no communication at all. I definitely do not recommend to buy any tickets with Mytrip!
Don't do it. This company does nothing but take your money. They are zero help with cancelled flight, missed connections and lost luggage. While I know some things are not in their hands any longer, because they are a third party purchase the airlines etc won't deal with you. They send you back to my trip, who then gives you bogus numbers to call for assistance. This company is the worst and their customer service is beyond ridiculous.
My partner is currently experiencing many of the issues that have been raised here. A flight changed and my trip have not assisted. My partner has tried to contact them for assistance which results in extra charges without any suitable assistance being provided. She has emailed them paying the admin fee. No response! It seems they take your money and are very incompetent or they are a scam organisation. Either way they should be avoided
We paid 200 euros extra to mytrip for a flexible ticket, and then needed to change our dates, well that was not possible. To start with they did everything in their hands to stop us from exercising that possibility by being super hard to reach. We waited hours several times in the queue of their call center. They didn't respond to emails on time and sometimes even hung up the phone. Eventually after about twelve hours of calling attempts from us, fruitless conversations, unresponded emails and days waiting, we got an answer from them, they came back with an offer that equalled the cost a new single ticket.
I recommend airline direct, mytrip randomly charge extra £ per bag & seat! Our overall ticket was £100 extra with no perks or reasoning behind it. We realised when we went to check in an extra bag on the airline's site and we were charged way less.
Read the posts below and you'll get the idea. Everyone has a problem with there booking and that's intentional. Actually when you book there isn't an option for your middle name, although the small print explains you to call them if you need to ad one.
That's the point everything is set up so you have to call them. There numbers are set to premium rates and calls can cost about 50 euros each call.
Also they'll try to charge you extra fees all the way.
Avoid the cheating greeks and just call the airline and get them to change it for you. That's what we did after not paying enough attention and accidentally booking through these dishonest people. I still guest reporting them to consumer affairs in you respective countries too.
After booking my flight in 1 hour I try to make correction to one of my family members they charged me 70$ they exploit people.
Booked a flight today via this site and am pretty sure I've been totally duped. After paying, there was a 'mysterious' delay in confirming my booking. When it arrived 20 mins later I'd been moved to a flight 11 hours earlier leaving in the early hours (a cheaper flight than what I'd paid for). Thought it could have been a system issue but when I tried to find a communication channel it became obvious that they don't want to hear about it. How is a site like this able to operate and accept major credit card payment? Stay away.

Would like to make it a minus value. One of my bookings was cancelled, took over 30 minutes to try and arrange a refund. They're charging me to process the refund, but I have to speak to the airline and arrange it. They have no email address, only an automated phone line, that doesn't work with a mobile phone. Eventually you speak to a call centre abroad, where they can't actually do anything, because it's all scripted. The reference details they gave don't match what the airline has, so they can't process a refund. Tried calling the company back... 88th in the queue and no other way to contact them than by phone. I'm not putting a reference number, because I haven't got my money. Don't expect I'll get it back either!
I have used this company in the past, but will avoid it now. I need to change my flight and spent hours attempting to reach this company. I've even called their Greek numbers (the company is actually located in Greece), and to no avail of course. Extremely poor service. Avoid by all means.
Booked two tickets with them. Flights were cancelled by the airline. Airline confirmed that I'm eligible for the full refund but myTrip isn't returning my money back. They either not answering at all or keep telling me (after two hours on hold) the same sentence over and over again for more than a year already. They are lying and keeping money. Dont ever use them!
Airline closed and when we asked for refund they refuse. Travelers who paid directly to the airline company they took they money back, but those done the payment through mytrip has been refused for any compensation.we cant even get in contact with them. What a shame!

The website is in my opinion purposely confusing. They ask for the first name second, and second name first. (Just a note, this is not standard, KLM don't do this)
OK, easy mistake and partly my fault, but to then ask for £105 to swap the inverted second and first names 15 minutes after I booked is a complete RIP OFF!
Speaking to KLM they would change this in 30 seconds, and for free.
Stay well clear of these rip off merchants.
They deserve to be shut down for the complete disregard for customers.
I'm going to enjoy placing this review in every possible place possible today. I can only hope it puts a few people off using them and costs them way more than £105. They will also never ever get used by me again.

Answer: NO! They won't provide any service, unless you pay a penalty. Even if you need assistance for a situation that is outside your responsibility. This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
